She also helped me get set up with an aftermarket remote start. She's a superstar! I've had all my maintenance done here since buying my vehicle. Everyone in the service department is wonderful. They make it convenient to schedule appointments either online or by phone and communicate every step of the way. There is also a really nice waiting area with various seating options, a couple of TVs, and free popcorn and beverage options. If you're looking to buy a vehicle or need service done, I highly recommend this place. I've never been disappointed.

Brian not only filled my wish list but exceeded my expectations by finding a Veloster even more top shelf then I knew was possible! I'm not easy when it comes to my ride, I expect perfection in a car and Brian was fun as well as made it happen. I've enjoyed every visit to Buerkle from service visits to just checking in to see what the new line of Veloster's coming in have to offer. Buerkle will be stuck with me for years and it's their fault for keeping me in awesome, problem free cars and treating me like a good friend when I am there! I documented and THIS DEALERSHIP didn't allow me to work directly with the technician. Compare that with Morries - I absolutely recommend them- where the technician was honest with me that Hyundai F'ed up (MY word) their PHEV HVAC system - that the floor heat is prioritied last - when outdoor is under 20 degrees and lower don't expect floor heat. WHO EVER THOUGHT WE NOW NEED TO ASK if the heat will work in the winter? To add more facts: dashboard heat was 60 degrees warmer than the floor when all heat is directed to feet only (logged over 2 months with a meat thermometer) - I brought all my testing to LUTHER and they said - hybrids are known for this. NO THEY ARE NOT! My Lexus worked great. Regardless, it is working as designed. Although I purchased the 10 year service plan, Luther had made the sale and post sale - if you don't fit into their troubleshooting flow chart - get the customer out the door. Why i am not happy with Luther is the ego - that nothing I said mattered. ON THE OTHERHAND, Morries totally cared and agreed with everything I said BUT EXPLAINED to me what the criteria he needed to prove so that corporate would assist us. We own 2 Hyundais and the other isn't PHEV and works great. We were up for purchasing a car but FOR SURE NOT WITH LUTHER dealerships and not a Hyundai. Luther dealership FAILED to be honest during the sale. The PHEV HVAC system is a known customer complaint. Luther would only follow their process - that it is working as designed - however it certainly doesn't meet Minnesota requirements. My previous car was a Lexus Hybrid and LOVED IT! The only reason I let it go is it wasn't tall enough when competing with semi trucks and SUVs. So my suggestions is if working with Hyundai be sire the HVAC system works and no to Luther bit a HUGE YES to Morries.

I made an…read moreappointment for an oil change tire rotation for 8 AM in the morning, I dropped my vehicle off at 7 AM, I assumed that it would be done by no later than 10 AM Seeing how I had an 8 AM appointment, but they just stick your vehicle in line with other vehicles and get to it when they can, I called them at 12 noon and my vehicle had not even gone back for service yet. This has now happened twice at this dealership, which is now under new ownership, the previous ownership I've never had issues with. I'm not going to be using this dealership anymore.

I had a couple of friendly experiences with Brady already but I will say, both times, they forgot to have the car washed afterwards but the second time, as we were headed out, Brady saw and asked them to get it washed before we left. I kind of miss the cookies they used to offer but nbd. They do have hot coffee or tea available and flowers or a snack bar for you as you check out. One negative thing I don't like about this place, is the seating. All the seats are too deep. I had been in a car accident a few months earlier and could not sit without pain in their waiting area because there is not enough support in their deep seats. Not everyone is tall and the difference in the back support of a seat or chair is huge after a car accident. I'd love to see different seating options or some seats with extra pillows for support.

The facility will text when your vehicle is fully serviced and ready for payment and pickup. There is a pay counter towards the entry. After payment, you get a choice of a rose or snack. if I had a Honda, I would always sit and work here during service maintenance due to the cleanliness and variety of amenities. Well done IG Honda!!
