From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, modern, and inviting. Every dish we…read moreordered was absolutely delicious. The presentation was stunning, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. The lomo saltado was cooked perfectly, the potatos and the sauce was amazing. What truly made our experience exceptional was our waiter, Orlando. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. He checked on us often, gave great recommendations, and provided the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find these days. This was such a wonderful 6 /2 year anniversary, and we left already talking about what we want to order on our next visit. If you're looking for fresh, flavorful Peruvian cuisine with excellent service, CVI.CHE 105 is definitely worth a visit. Thank you, Orlando, for making our afternoon so memorable. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I have been frequent customers of CVI.CHE 105 Aventura for years. We've always…read morerecommended this location because the food, drinks, and service have consistently been excellent. Unfortunately, our visit this past Monday afternoon was very disappointing. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, we were initially seated right next to the server station where orders are entered. We declined the table, and the manager thankfully seated us elsewhere. Had there not been another option, we probably would have left. I also noticed the ladies' restroom was poorly maintained, with damaged toilet seats and an overall lack of upkeep that was surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. The biggest issue was the service. When our entrées arrived, our appetizer plates were still covering the table. Instead of clearing them first or asking someone to help, the food runner was practically trying to fit our new plates onto an already crowded table. This never used to happen here, as managers were always visible making sure service ran smoothly. When we mentioned our concerns, our server mostly blamed staffing and management, explaining they no longer had someone dedicated to clearing tables. While I understand staffing challenges, guests shouldn't be hearing excuses. A simple apology and notifying the manager would have been enough. When Aaron, the manager, came over, we expected him to listen. Instead, he spent nearly 30 minutes explaining that he was new, talking about his experience at higher-end restaurants, and offering reasons why things happened. We appreciated the apology, complimentary dessert, and 20% off our bill, but what we really wanted was acknowledgment and reassurance that the problem would be addressed. Adding to our disappointment was that immediately after Aaron left our table, we watched the table behind us experience the exact same issue, with dirty dishes still on the table as their food was brought out. That made it clear this wasn't an isolated mistake but a recurring service problem that wasn't being corrected. I would have given them 3 stars instead if they hadn't wasted our time so much with nonsensical excuses. I genuinely hope this location returns to the level of service that made us loyal customers. The food and drinks remain outstanding and are the reason we keep coming back. For now, I can wholeheartedly recommend the food, but unfortunately, I can no longer say the same about the dining experience.

Showed up for a 5:30 reservation at this little gem! There are only 10-12 seats so I highly…read morerecommend making a reservation. The service is incredible, the chef and other staff were quick and very attentive, making sure each dish is crafted to perfection. It's a very casual spot but the presentation of the food is up to par with some of the Michelin star restaurants you can find in the city. I do want to note that each group is served one at a time. We unfortunately showed up right after a group of 6 with another party of 2 already at the counter. The chef takes the order of the party that comes in first. The group of two ordered almost everything on the menu and the group of six put in multiple things meaning we were not able to put in an order until 6:30. Though this does make sense since there were only 3 people preparing the food, it was unfortunate since we were hungry and waited an hour to put in our first order. That being said, the food was incredible. We got the fish ceviche, spicy. tuna causa, and the cilantro lime rice. If you like spicy, get the ceviche spicy! It was one of the best ceviches I've ever had. The causa was very well balanced and the cilantro rice had a good amount of seafood in it. Everything was so beautifully prepared we almost didn't want to eat it! Overall, the food and service is amazing and I think the food is fairly priced for the amount of time and attention is put into each dish. But do be warned about the waiting time.

She broke down the concept of how things are ordered directly with Chef Anthony and from there, the rest is history. They warned their Michelin Gourmand bib last night and it was well deserved. First dish was the fish ceviche with medium spice (you can choose your level of spice). It was by far one of my favorite dishes. Following that, I had scallops that were like butter in my mouth with an orange zest as a finish. Following that was a tuna and avocado hamachi with a little crunch. This one is savory with a hint of sweet and it was a unique dish because of the ginger but it was good. Next up, the crispy rice with two tuna and two salmon and that was also part of my favorite bites. I ended the evening with tuna belly nigiri. It did not disappoint. 10/10 for all of the above. Definitely a cute spot surrounded by great company. Cute ambiance but you will also miss it because there is no sign outside so when Siri says you've arrived, she's not lying. Check them out and enjoy!
