I was a…read morelittle confused at first because it's located in a business park /warehouse-type of area so the signage in the front definitely helps. There is plenty of parking and lots of space inside. The interior is bright and spacious with lots of tables for socializing and working. I ordered an iced latte which I thought was pretty tasty and a pancake muffin that was okay. The pancake muffin felt doughy and underbaked to me, however, I think it's suppose to feel that way texturally. It was okay taste-wise. My partner ordered a breakfast burrito which he thought was okay as well. The burrito by itself was meh, but the sauces that come with it helped elevate the flavors.

There are even private rooms but I didn't look too closely, so I'm not sure if they're for rent or on a first come first serve basis. Lots of parking spots are available directly in front of the store front and around back. Their spinach cheese croissant is really good and a large portion. There's A LOT of filling in the middle and on top of the croissant. The chai is average, you can't taste any of the spices.

Lots of business people post up out here working or taking meetings, which makes it lively. Whenever I've been in, service has been friendly and I've never had an issue. The coffee is yummy and so are the pastries, and my little one is obsessed with their gelato. Milk options are great too, though they do upcharge for them, which is a minor gripe at most. I mostly stick to lattes, but their signature and seasonal drinks are worth branching out for. The coconut cloud matcha in particular is incredible. They also have an app with a loyalty program, which is a small but appreciated bonus for regulars. This is actually their flagship location, and they roast their own beans on site, so you can watch the roasting process happen while you sip your drink, a fun detail most people probably walk right past. Only real gripe is that they close at 2pm on weekends, which is exactly when I usually swing by. Wish they'd push it to 3pm. A girl can dream.

The vibe is cozy and welcoming, with a steady buzz of customers that shows just how popular this spot is. My fiancé got the iced sweet cream latte and absolutely loved it! smooth, perfectly balanced sweetness, and the espresso was top-notch. I went with the iced Americano topped with banana cold foam, and wow, it was a game changer! The banana foam was creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet, pairing beautifully with the bold espresso. Both drinks were prepared and refreshed us instantly. The only minor downside is parking, which can be a bit tricky, but the location is clearly thriving with tons of foot traffic and business out front, so it's totally understandable. Once you're inside, the excellent drinks and friendly service more than make up for it. We'll definitely be back soon highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality coffee and a great local atmosphere! 4.5 stars in my personal opinion

My husband ordered the Brown Sugar Maple Latte and absolutely loved the rich, warm flavors. We also shared the Ham and Cheese Pesto Croissant, and it was delicious--light, buttery, flaky, and filled with great flavor. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor seating area. We loved dining outside and enjoying the beautiful weather while sipping our drinks and relaxing. It created the perfect atmosphere to slow down and enjoy the experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the drinks were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for quality coffee, delicious pastries, and a great outdoor dining experience!

I couldn't find a way to contact them through email so this is my only option. I went in to get coffee beans and a cold brew per my usual monthly visit with my pup. There was a tall woman behind the counter this time. We went through the typical spiel of what can I get you? Comes with a cold brew, etc etc. But after I walked away, 3 of her colleagues came up to chat and show pictures. As they were chatting I heard her say "I ain't got time for cold brew" and look directly at me. Then they split up and she went to stand at the other end of the counter while the 2 people she was chatting with came behind the counter and started sharing pictures or whatever. It just came off rude. I love this place and these are our favourite beans but just really crappy feeling as a local customer.

It was hands down one of the best lattes I've ever had. I also tried the breakfast croissant and a few other goodies, and everything was delicious. First, for those newer to OC, a little history lesson about Kean…read more Kean was founded by coffee pioneer Martin Diedrich and his wife Karen. Martin Diedrich is the original founder of Diedrich Coffee, which was sold to Starbucks in 2006, and opening the Tustin location marked a return to the exact site of his very first full-scale Diedrich Coffee coffeehouse. So when you come to Kean, you are coming to a special place that is tied to the history of coffee in The O.C. Needless to say the coffee is roasted in-house and is excellent. I always buy an oatmilk latte here, and the coffee taste is deep and aromatic. Definitely one of the best in Orange County for the pure quality of its coffee. For Orange County, the location has a nice community vibe. Eclectic mix of tables, but there aren't always enough of them, so it always seems packed. Staff are always extremely nice. Appreciating the history, great coffee, and community feel is one thing, but you should know in advance that they do not offer wifi here. That is my only complaint and the only reason this gets a 5 and not a 4 star. I suppose if they want to maintain a certain vibe they don't want people working there, but I would be happy even with a one-hour time limit on wifi usage.
