Two of my Gel-X nails came off because they were done incorrectly. Instead of applying them properly, she kept removing and re-gluing the same nails, so it's no surprise they didn't last. I made an appointment to have them fixed, but when I arrived, they kept asking who had done my nails and then told me I'd have to come back tomorrow because the person who did them wasn't there. That shouldn't matter--I had an appointment. I drove 30 minutes in traffic only to be told they wouldn't take me because fixing nails doesn't make them as much money as doing a full set. She even suggested I book a new set instead. This is ridiculous. I've had this issue happen a couple of times with Gel-X at other salons, and they always fixed it right away--even as a walk-in, no questions asked. I won't be returning. read more

There weren't many people there, but the salon had plenty of seats for pedicures and lots of tables for manicures. The girls who helped us were all very nice. My boyfriend definitely got lucky with a more personable technician, she really knew how to carry a conversation! I was happy with the girl who helped me as well; she was sweet, though a bit quieter. They did a great job overall, and I was super pleased with the results. My pedicure lasted for about two months before I decided to take it off.
