Look. I fux with them no joke. I'd say realistically it is a 4* solid and c'mon 5* is hard to give anyone unless you are throwing them out like hotcakes. The reason they get a 3* is not customer service because their people are also great but their owner/or manager is like a chip general that's not lenient at all for any bonuses, such as a $2 item on any size order (large or small). What's funny here is not only did I pay for an order of chips but they forgot to give them to me after they heard me asking for them in a take out order and when I went back I was told I couldn't get that credit for chips on my original order because the manager/owner took the credit list home (so I'm not the only one)‍‍hahahah again this is just comical to a good business focused on the wrong subject. That was fine by me as that was the perfect size for lunch and I didn't feel like I needed to take a nap. It was also plated extremely well, especially for a Mexican restaurant like this. I am not joking when I say that the beef tacos were outstanding. They were some of the best I have ever had. It also included some very fresh white onions that were diced perfectly. Certainly one of the best taco dishes I have had in the city. It was pretty empty when I went there, but the service was excellent and quick! Really no negative parts of the meal. The prices are a little high for some things (Jaritos), but that was offset by a cheap taco lunch! Its a scary world out there so if you want to protest with your dollars, make sure to support your local immigrant businesses, like Las Casitas!
