    Falafel

The process to order online was super easy and user friendly. I called the number and let them know I was there to pick up my order. They brought out my order to my car shortly after I called. As of right now the place is to go only and order online or over the phone. The person who brought out our food was super sweet and so thankful we ordered. The falafel was flavorful and crunchy just how I like it. The salad was the perfect balance of freshness and paired well with the falafel. The chicken shawarma was delicious and was perfectly seasoned and came with a side spring salad. I think this place will be our go to mediterranean spot in Daly City! PLEASE GO CHECK THEM OUT AND SHOW SUPPORT! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! :)

Mesoresto is an amazing small business to support! We ordered the beef shawarma plate and lamb skewer plate. As well as the garlic Parmesan fries and hummus and pita bread appetizers. The meat for the shawarma and lamb skewer plate are very tender and it comes with rice and a salad! The hummus and pita bread were delicious and so were the fries. The location of the restaurant is very hidden. It's on the back of planet fitness. They bring your order to your car when it's ready. They don't have a sit down restaurant yet, only take out and catering. The family own business is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back.

I've ordered from here a few times now and honestly it's just been solid every time. Food shows up on time, and everything tastes fresh. No issues so far, which is kind of rare with online orders. Packaging is clean, portions are good, and it's the type of place you end up reordering from without overthinking it. Love it.

This is the loaded chicken shawarma fries. With a can of good ol Coca Cola.

Holy moly, Good Subs literally makes the best subs. Ike's and these lame Subway and…read moreQuizno's-adjacents need to go bankrupt once and for all. They seem to be a neighborhood staple. I saw so many locals walk in and out, getting their evening sandwich, or shopping for some dates or pantry staples. Walking around the store, they have SO many items from Palestine cola to safawi dates from Saudi and halal gummies. It's a tiny clean shop but it's packed with so much goodies. I ordered the Pop's special with chicken and turkey bacon on dutch crunch (SO FIRE) and lots of yummy swiss and pepper jack cheese just for that lil spicy zing. The sub was SO good, and the dutch cruntch was so good didn't even scrape the roof of my mouth. You can order, then walk around the store since it takes 10-15mins while you wait for a bite of heavenly goodness. The gents working here are so professional and patient. Y'all we gotta support local biz, shoutout to Saif for graduating! Many people were congratulating him, it's amazing when you pour into your community spots. Let's keep this neighborhood spot running, highly recommend for a tasty lunch or dinner sandwich.

I haven't been here in ages and I happen to pass by when I noticed them. I checked their reviews and they seemed legit. Usually, new places that pop up have tons of "fake" reviews. IYKYK! Just like the place is named after, they not only offer Subs, but it's a basically a mini-mart that sells Halal meats and Middle Eastern and Mediterranean grocery items. They also have all types of Baklavas, that were sweet, rich and decadent. I've even purchased my very Turkish Coffee and cezve - a small pot with a long handle designed to brew finely ground coffee over a stovetop or sand. The nice gentleman instructed me on how to brew Turkish coffee. I just googled the rest. Anyways, on my first visit, I ordered their Pastrami Wrap. It's basically Pastrami wrapped in a Pita with all the fixins' but with a twist on the sauce. If l'm not mistaken, it's either Tahini or Tzatziki sauce. It gave it a different flavor that was quite delightful. Be careful though as it can get messy as this thing will drip down your hands and clothes as I found out the hard way. On my second visit, I was so impressed by the wrap that I ordered it again. I was more careful to eat it this time around, but it still dripped down my shorts. That's what I get for eating in the car. They have 10 items on their Subs menu, and they all look good. Aside from the Pastrami Wrap, they also have chicken, roast beef and turkey. They have five meat-type subs and one tuna sub all reasonably priced starting from $10.95 to $14.95, which is a great deal in this day of age. The people working here are very nice and friendly. As I mentioned earlier, the gentleman who was providing me information on Turkish coffee was also looking out for my best interest. Instead of upselling me something, he gave me a more practical advice on what to purchase. All in all, a friendly and inviting place where they offer delicious and affordable sandwiches, to which I will certainly be back for more.

Walking in, the place was clean, bright, and buzzing with people picking up orders. The staff greeted us right away and had our food out surprisingly fast, even during a busy lunch rush. The self-serve salsa bar was a nice touch and gave me an excuse to try way more salsa than I probably needed. I ordered the super burrito with carne asada, and this thing was no joke. Packed from end to end, well-balanced, and most importantly, every bite actually had meat in it. No sad pockets of rice and disappointment here. The carne asada was flavorful, tender, and had that fresh-off-the-grill taste that makes you slow down and appreciate what you're eating. My friend went with the quesabirria, and after stealing a bite (quality control purposes), I understood why people keep talking about it. Crispy, cheesy, and paired perfectly with the consommé. Definitely ordering that next time. What stood out most was that everything tasted fresh. The tortillas, the meats, the toppings -- nothing felt like it had been sitting around waiting for customers to show up. Portions were generous, prices felt fair for the Bay Area, and the food came out looking just as good as it tasted. If you're looking for a fancy dining experience, this isn't it. If you're looking for satisfying Mexican food that hits the spot after a long day, you're in the right place. Daly City has no shortage of taquerias, but Taqueria Los Agaves has earned a spot on my shortlist. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the menu. Come hungry and Go Big!!!

This is one of those hidden gems that makes the San Francisco experience so much fun. The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken Shawarma burrito, and the garlic fries. The chicken Shawarma was juicy, and very tasty. The burrito has a hole was not necessarily my favorite because it needed a little something, but overall it was absolutely tasty. The portion is very generous, and definitely I could make this shareable. The fries... I'm always on the Outlook for the best fries around, and these garlic fries were absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside light on the inside, and just the garlic flavor was amazing. I love the fact that they just didn't dump some jarred garlic on top of some french fries and call it done. Nope these are the real deal. The staff is friendly and I'm glad that I took the recommendations. The store itself is filled with everything you could possibly want. I had originally stopped in to grab a drink, but they literally have things from chips, candy, to grocery items. I love this experience. This is a place that you definitely want to check out, and enjoy some of their good eats!

The fresh bread that came with it was amazing. We probably could have just snacked on this pair all day. The Branzino fillet was pretty good. I like that it was a fillet vs a whole fish, so I didn't have to deal with bones. It was a little bland for me though. I added the garlic sauce which gave it more flavor, but I would have liked not to have to do that. Not bad, but could be better. The Kofte plate was also pretty good, but again a little bland for me compared to the Kofte at Mazra or a koobideh at one of favorite Persian spots. Again, not bad but much more flavor when I added the garlic sauce which and hot sauce. Service was excellent. They were attentive and refilled out waters without asking. The unisex bathroom is EXTREMELY clean. A good indication of how they keep their kitchen. Definitely a plus. This is a nice local spot we'll have to come back to so we can try other items. This visit, however, was just okay. Next time I'll have to try the lamb dish and a few others.
