Here's a polished version for your Yelp review:…read more --- Good Subs Colma, CA Stopped in for the San Francisco Special with pastrami and it did not disappoint. MUSA hooked it up -- the sandwich was stacked, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot. Also grabbed an Ayran on the side and it paired perfectly with the sandwich. Will definitely be back! First time that I've ordered a sandwich here. Service is fantastic especially MUSA. Good customer service. I like the ambience.

I saw so many locals walk in and out, getting their evening sandwich, or shopping for some dates or pantry staples. Walking around the store, they have SO many items from Palestine cola to safawi dates from Saudi and halal gummies. It's a tiny clean shop but it's packed with so much goodies. I ordered the Pop's special with chicken and turkey bacon on dutch crunch (SO FIRE) and lots of yummy swiss and pepper jack cheese just for that lil spicy zing. The sub was SO good, and the dutch cruntch was so good didn't even scrape the roof of my mouth. You can order, then walk around the store since it takes 10-15mins while you wait for a bite of heavenly goodness. The gents working here are so professional and patient. Y'all we gotta support local biz, shoutout to Saif for graduating! Many people were congratulating him, it's amazing when you pour into your community spots. Let's keep this neighborhood spot running, highly recommend for a tasty lunch or dinner sandwich.

One of my favorite places for a grab and go thick slice of pie…read more Just your basic pizza with a thick crust, reminiscent of Blondie's to me. Not a fancy gourmet pie. NBP always has a few slices ready to go. Order up either a pepperoni slice for $6 or a cheese slice for $5. Add extra toppings for just a dollar when ordering a single slice. Sure, there are more pretentious pizzas out there, but it's nice to get back to basics every now and then! For a whole pizza, my favorite here is the clam & garlic! Counter seating against the big plate glass window facing the street. This is a casual neighborhood hole in the wall located on the same block as the L Taraval stop between 40th and 41st Avenues. Friendly service from the kind Auntie behind the counter. Always good!

However, when we arrived to the restaurant we were told it wasn't ready and it would take a few more minutes... the order wasn't ready until 7:41pm. I doubt they make the pasta from scratch and the restaurant was basically empty. And the pasta itself wasn't even good, it was mediocre. Don't recommend this place and I will not be ordering from here again. While we were waiting- The customer service was bad and the short girl server was chatting it up with her boyfriend as we waited (being very loud and obnoxious) and clearly being more attentive to him than us actual customers. The boyfriend got food before us (as soon as he arrived) while we just sat there waiting... very unprofessional. At the end, when she handed us the order she just said "thanks for waiting"... instead of apologizing...

SJ don't have a unique deli like Little Lucca hands down.

I had a frustrating experience at Little Lucca, primarily because of how the manager, Maria,…read morehandled a simple pickup issue. I placed two separate sandwich orders online through Clover for pickup under my name. I ordered them about 45 minutes before arriving. When I arrived, I showed Maria my receipts and gave her my name. She briefly checked and told me she did not have the orders. The line was long, so I understand things can get hectic, but it did not feel like she was making much of an effort to actually verify the orders. She even misheard my name and was about to hand a sandwich to someone else under a completely different name. At that point, I became concerned that one of my sandwiches might have already been given to another customer. After I continued asking her to check, she somehow found one of my orders in the same area she had already looked. However, only one of the two sandwiches was there. I showed her my Clover receipt again, including the date, timestamp, transaction information, and order details. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told me she did not know how to use the Clover system and could only search by name. She then told me I needed to contact Clover myself. I was honestly shocked because she was the manager but said she did not know how to use the restaurant's ordering system. When I explained I could not find a customer support number for Clover and asked what she could do to resolve the missing order, her response was essentially, "I don't know what you want me to do about it." I asked how the restaurant communicates with Clover when there is a problem with the system or how they diagnose issues with the device. Again, she said she didn't know and that the owner was responsible for the Clover system. I asked if I could speak with the owner and requested a contact number. She refused to provide one and told me I could come in early on a weekday if I wanted to speak with them. I'm not from the area, so expecting me to make another trip simply to speak with the owner was not a reasonable solution. What made the situation even worse was that I did not receive a refund for the missing sandwich. I paid for two sandwiches but only received one. Despite showing proof of payment and the order details, there was no attempt to refund the missing item or offer a replacement. Whether the missing sandwich was caused by Clover, a restaurant error, or someone accidentally receiving the wrong order, I would have expected the manager to make a reasonable effort to fix the problem. Instead, I was essentially told it wasn't her problem. Mistakes happen. Technology fails. Orders get misplaced. I understand all of that. What matters is how a business handles the problem afterward. In this case, the customer service was extremely poor, and Maria's attitude made the situation considerably worse. I've also noticed other Yelp reviews mentioning similar customer-service issues, which makes me concerned this isn't an isolated experience. I hope the owner sees this review and takes the time to address what happened. Little Lucca might have good food, but good food doesn't excuse poor customer service or charging a customer for an item they never received. I paid for two sandwiches, received one, was not refunded for the missing sandwich, and was given no reasonable solution. Extremely disappointing experience.

The restaurant offers a nice selection of sandwiches, soups and salads. I was immediately thinking this is a go for me. I entered the establishment and took note of how clean, neat and welcoming it looked. I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcomed, so much so that I decided to have my meal in the restaurant. I placed my order for a Cobb Salad and the 8" Rueben. The ordering process was smooth and easy, and the gentleman graciously offered me water to go with my meal. Nice touch. Can I just tell you that the Cobb Salad was not only beautifully assembled, it was made with the freshest ingredients imaginable. I was impressed with not only how beautiful it looked but the flavor profile of the salad. It's a big boy, definitely getting a value for money. It as accompanied with a piece of sourdough bread that looked delicious. As for the Rueben, I didn't get to eat it as I was full from the salad. As it happened I packed it up to eat later but I saw someone who looked like they could use a meal and happily gave it to her to eat. It was meant to be. So, now that I'm done site seeing, I gotta back to order another Rueben sandwich. Great food Sourdough & Co. I did return just to get another Rueben sandwich and it was delicious and worth the trip.
