TLDR: Excellent work, quick turnaround, OK pricing…read more I contacted Mike's Plumbing when my hot water heater began leaking from what I thought was the bottom (usually signaling the need for a replacement unit). I was able to set up a service date the very next day first thing in the morning and they arrived well within the estimated time window. The plumber, Chris, was able to diagnose my system and landed on the fix being a replacement expansion tank, pressure relief valve and a new hot water cutoff valve. Total cost of work was $900+, which fell towards the high side for this range of work, but I decided to proceed due to the job needing to be completed ASAP. The job took approx. 90 minutes to complete and once done, I was beyond satisfied with the quality of work. My previous setup was mostly shark bites and mediocre materials while the work Chris performed consisted of the proper fittings and quality materials. Fast forward a few days and the fix has not leaked a single drop! Overall, I could have shopped this around and gotten cheaper quotes for the same scope of work by a couple hundred bucks, however I don't think the quality of work would have been as nice and with such quick turnaround.

Once it's in, I notice it has a push button water retainer, and you push the button again to release the water that did not sit well with me. The next day I called the office, I spoke with Shiloh I pleaded my case to her explaining how I was a loyal customer. I asked if they would please allow him to return and swap out my faucet, at not cost to me, explaining how I did not like that faucet . She had to confer with her manager after several hours. Regardless of my attitude, Shawn has given me an absolutely exceptional customer experience. Shawn had taken me from being totally frustrated to feeling elated as she had taken control, contacted Lowe's and made sure the delivery and install went smooth. It was a pleasure working with Plumb Cheap and I truly feel lucky that they were the contracted plumber. The important piece about this whole situation was, the washer was to be installed by Lowes, but they did not do the install by the time Plumb Cheap came out to install the dryer.
