How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening.

I went there with a "copy" project that needed to be done. I had two things that needed to be…read moreenlarged on a copier and a set of plans that I needed to copies of. I was there on a Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready on Wednesday. They said I could pay extra and have it done immediately, or wait for them to do it, which would make it ready on Wednesday. I didn't need them immediately so I said Wednesday would be fine. They said keep an eye on your email because if they're done early, will let you know. I didn't receive an email so I went there on Wednesday afternoon to pick them up at which time they told me they were not ready but I could come back at 7 PM and they would be ready. I decided not to go back that night at 7 PM, but I went the next morning around 8:30 AM and guess what they still were not done. In fact, they hadn't even been started yet. So I had to wait and the young lady behind the counter did the project for me. I asked to speak to the manager, whose name was Shawn. I explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for expecting them to be done at the last minute?? I told him I didn't understand because I came in on Monday and they told me I could pick them up on Wednesday not that I said I needed them by Wednesday. He told me there is never a set time when projects will be finished; you just have to watch for the email that says they are finished. I feel like if I waited for an email I would be waiting still to this day. That manager, Shawn was absolutely useless and had no customer service abilities. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything from him, just letting him know the situation. You can imagine, I will not be back to this location or probably any location for this kind of need. Spent $371 to have a cracked screen repaired on my phone, which was fully functional when leaving…read moreit with them for the screen replacement. After picking it up, the camera, both front and back photo functions have issues. "Selfie" camera function just goes to a blurry screen and locks up. Regular camera will take one picture then displays "camera failed" on the screen. When I took it back to them and explained they may have fixed the crack in the screen but they broke the camera, this place refused to take responsibility for damaging the camera during repairs. They offered NO resulution other than we will replace your camera for the cost of parts, mind you the camera was fine at time of drop off. They wouldn't even put the cracked screen back on the phone and refund the repair cost. I will never take another device to them for ANY kind of repair, nor will I recommend their services to anyone. They do not stand behind the work they do and will not take responsibility for damage they cause. Do not trust them! There are at least two other businesses in the mall that offer the same repair services, do yourself a favor and use one of them instead.
