They went over the items on the account and costs. I soon realized these two were viewing MY account and discussing terms of what my account consists of. Obviously, the rep had not verified account info with the new customer nor had he cleared the ipad and accessed that customer's account. Brainless! To top it off, once I got home to review my account, I saw that the rep at the store had added a service plan for wife's new phone--we did not request that. Each encounter with this T-Mobile store (5122 Yelm Hwy SE Suite A, Lacey, WA 98503) is a freakin' nightmare.

I was greeted with a smile from the two employees, Adolfo and Hannah, and knew from there, they were gonna help me to the best of their ability. After I told them what device I was looking for and that I was on a budget, they got me on a leasing plan for only $88 dollars down! They explained the plan very well and saved me from having to spend a thousand dollars. Several months have passed now and i was greeted with the same hello, by the two same people! That is not true. I found a different, honest person today at a company in Olympia because my battery inside the IPad had disconnected. The new tech opened the IPad up and found that the battery was not even installed with the screws or adhesive, which is standard installation. The clear film was not taken off. It was just floating around and The Phone Guys also bent some of the contacts inside of the case. Also, I had to wait for 4 hours for them to complete the job. The Phone Guys in Lacey lied, and the Phone Guys in Federal Way did not know what they were doing, and did a terrible job. Don't go there if you want an honest interaction and don't go there if you want a job done right.

I went there with a "copy" project that needed to be done. I had two things that needed to be…read moreenlarged on a copier and a set of plans that I needed to copies of. I was there on a Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready on Wednesday. They said I could pay extra and have it done immediately, or wait for them to do it, which would make it ready on Wednesday. I didn't need them immediately so I said Wednesday would be fine. They said keep an eye on your email because if they're done early, will let you know. I didn't receive an email so I went there on Wednesday afternoon to pick them up at which time they told me they were not ready but I could come back at 7 PM and they would be ready. I decided not to go back that night at 7 PM, but I went the next morning around 8:30 AM and guess what they still were not done. In fact, they hadn't even been started yet. So I had to wait and the young lady behind the counter did the project for me. I asked to speak to the manager, whose name was Shawn. I explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for expecting them to be done at the last minute?? I told him I didn't understand because I came in on Monday and they told me I could pick them up on Wednesday not that I said I needed them by Wednesday. He told me there is never a set time when projects will be finished; you just have to watch for the email that says they are finished. I feel like if I waited for an email I would be waiting still to this day. That manager, Shawn was absolutely useless and had no customer service abilities. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything from him, just letting him know the situation. You can imagine, I will not be back to this location or probably any location for this kind of need.
