I did notice that there seems to be a lack of noise control as it was quite loud for my husband and I to hear each other over a two top table. I opted for the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli me while my husband chose the grilled ribeye with potatoes and brussels sprouts. My fried chicken was amazing! Had great seasoning. The mashed potatoes are really good and the broccolini was perfectly cooked for my liking. I would definitely order it again. My husband's ribeye was cooked perfectly to that medium , well temp. His potatoes were good but his brussels sprouts were a slight disappointment. They basically had no seasoning whatsoever and tasted like mush. It would've been better have they boil them and then put them into a cast iron for a little bit to get a little bit of crisp on them. Overall for a hotel restaurant, we found the location to be convenient and decent food.

This is the single greatest culinary I've ever consumed sustenance at. The quality of the food alone was absolutely remarkable. Warm, inviting, mouth-watering, and savory all at once. This food alone made me open eyes and ponder my life and existence. Making me more grounded and humble. The staff at this establish was friendly and fast. They ensured peak service in all manners and regards. They made me feel heard, seen, and respected. They were ready, available, and reliable. Stopped by on a morning trip to Florida to visit family for the holidays. There was a wait but we decided the 15 minutes would be worth it after looking over the unique menu items. After being seated we were promptly greeted by our waitress Laura who was very helpful giving recommendations and was very friendly and cheerful. We decided to go for the fried chicken and waffles which was outstanding! Our coffees stayed warm and full which is definitely a plus while traveling. I have to give it 4 stars because the food tastes great if not salty (fries). We ordered the 'Hero' which I see now is not on the menu. I do not know if we received the All American Burger or Bacon, Mushroom, Swiss Burger. The one we thought had everything including Jalapenos on it and stood over 3" tall. It was great. This had bacon but there was NO tomato or peppers. We were there at 3:00 PM and thought it was closed. Will No Longer Order Any Burgers! Showed the wait staff my military ID and no discount. Delicious!! I had the Chicken Alfredo. OMGosh! Best ever! Has a different taste than the norm and what I was expecting, some kind of secret cheese in the sauce ;), but boy is it YUM! The atmosphere is lovely as well. Outside has seating w/nice heaters and I understand they will have covering to keep the heat in. Plenty of and nice staff. Metro diner is delicious every time I go. There is a small wait because there are so many people. To me a lot of people means it must be good (and it is!) There is also another small wait for your food- and if you're like me it seems like forever- but it is soo worth it.
