I already had an appointment with a window replacement shop to get it fixed but needed plastic wrap around my door since it wouldn't be until the next day and called around many shops with no luck until I called them and they said to bring it in and that they'd do it quick. Not only did they wrap it quickly, they were sympathetic and friendly. They wrapped it complimentary and did a great job doing it. Have been using Vienna Autobody for a long time.I have always loved them. Donna is amazing and the cute guy (unfortunately do not know his name) that sits to the right of her is also very nice and efficient. I would recommend to stay clear of Jeff, he is very rude. Being awful each time I would talk to him, he's all around somebody you would not want to deal with if at all possible, terrible phone manner! A year ago I brought my car in for an estimate for a roof painting and to fix a sunroof leak. Told at the time no problem, make an appointment and it will be ready in four days or so. Due to an illness I was unable to bring my car in. Now a year later I called well in advance to make an appointment for my car adding some additional work. At the time I made the appointment I was told no problem will be ready in, again, four days or so. When I brought my car there they never told me when the car would be ready so I assumed the four or so days still stood. BIG MISTAKE! When I brought my car there on a Tuesday and called on the following Friday I was told by Jeff that they had not done anything and it would be another two weeks before the car could be ready. I had added an extra job at the last minute so I expected an extra day or two but not what would have been almost three weeks until the car would be ready. I was paying out of pocket for their services as well as renting a car this whole time paying out of pocket for this too. I told Jeff this was ridiculous and to stop all and I would be by to pickup the car. No work had been done in the four days they had it. They did, however wash it. I would give Vienna Autobody zero stars but because of Donna and the 'cute guy' they get one. read more

During an icy morning in December, an already crappy morning (thanks to waking up with a migraine) turned worse as one of my fiance's neighbors, who was traveling too fast for conditions, grazed the driver's side of my car on my way to work. Man I love this place. I came here to my side window for my S550 about a year or so ago and they did the job splendidly and as fast as they could. This time something happened to my C300 in the front grill and I told them I was leaving town this Friday morning so it would be nice to have it ready by Thursday. Low and behold, they get it done by Thursday late afternoon right before my trip, even though they received the parts for the car earlier that morning. Talk about customer service! Since I'm relatively new to the region I rely quite often on Yelp Reviewers to help me find all types of stores and services; Autobody of Vienna was a killer find! I needed two specific, yet relatively small areas repaired (One rust, one paint) but too small for most shops; the rust area would have eventually grown into a mess and the paint was just ugly large scratches. After reading the reviews on Yelp I just showed up at the shop and asked if someone could take a look....That's when I met the whirlwind of positive personality Chris! He didn't take but a moment to take a look, give me some options and told me to drop it of for the following Tuesday. (Chris told me he reserves Tuesdays for very small projects like mine, door latch/window issues, paint problems, etc.) Long story short, both the fixes far exceeded what I expected! In May, I ran over a curb while exiting the Oakton Shopping Center getting onto RT 123 and damaged a panel under the back door of my 2004 Acura TL. I brought my car in to fix a dent and they were amazing! They were very accommodating and booked me in on such a short notice. My car was ready the day before the estimated delivery date and I was actually charged less than the quote (which was way lower than quotes I received from other body shops). Took a brand new X5 in for repair after a part of a retread tire hit the front of the car. Was worried about paint match and orange peel you see in paint jobs after the factory. NONE of that. Paint matches really well and is clear and smooth. Bumper cover fit is nice to the body panels. These guys are skilled and great to deal with! The front office staff are very helpful. They have years of experience dealing with insurance companies and know many of the adjusters. They have the diagnostic tools to reset the sensors in modern cars. Bruce will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. I seldom do Yelp reviews but these guys were so good I had to. Prices are fair and were actually a little under another quote we got. They are highly rated here at Yelp and in a local consumer magazine I checked as well. Their lot is full of high end BMWs and Mercedes they are repairing as well as every make you can imagine. As I was there they rolled out a vintage MG they did a paint refresh on. Beautiful. Save time, go straight to Auto Body of Vienna. You will be glad you did. read more

Came in to get an estimate for a trim that fell off on my 2017 jeep grand cherokee. Jeep dealer quoted me $300 to replace and paint. The guy that was doing my estimate just added two clips that were broken and snapped the old piece back on. Wow!! He just saved me some $$. I brought my car to Auto Body Vienna after a driver side swiped my brand new 2014 when trying to avoid another vehicle from hitting her. Go figure: a too familiar beltway incident. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I had a Black Sapphire Metallic mid-2000 BMW 5-series (e60 generation) repainted along with a decent amount of body work done. The part of the car that was damaged was the right rear quarter panel and so you can't just replace that panel... it has to be "pushed back out from behind". These guys did such an amazing job! All the lines, curves, etc of the car are just like before! Then I had both sides of the car repainted along with the rear bumper. It now looks just like the day I took it off the lot but even better! Bruce (owner) is EXCEPTIONAL! A true perfectionist and he will stop at nothing to make sure that you are 100% satisfied! Even after I nit-picked at a few things, Bruce didn't even hesitate to take the car back into his shop and fix it just how I wanted it. Then there's the presentation.... these guys washed the car numerous times, buffed it numerous times, and waxed it and let me say, it looks amazing! I picked up my car in the morning before work and while I was driving (speed limit) no one was passing me... everybody was driving behind me on purpose to admire the paint job! I could see all the other people looking at the car in my rear and side view mirrors. I will be back here for my other 2 cars, no doubt about it! Also, their prices were lower than the other 3 shops I received quotes from in the McLean/Vienna area... I mean, there is absolutely nothing for me to complain about... these guys are phenomenal and again, Bruce's great customer service is beyond anything I have ever encountered. 2 thumbs WAY up! The front left corner of our Pruis was dented in, and a couple of the plastic fasteners had broken off. The first body shop gave a $680 estimate, and the dealership $870. Auto Body of Vienna heated the dent, and pulled it out, replaced the broken fasteners, and charged only $20! Oh, one more thing..... we didn't even have an appointment, but had simply stopped by for an estimate. And in the time that it took for the other estimates they repaired it!
