I was hit in a parking garage and I worked with Auto Body Vienna and the insurance company of the lady who hit me. Auto Body of Vienna was great, they were flexible when dealing with the inflexible, out of town, cut-rate insurance company. They replaced one of my headlights, an after the job my other headlight looked absolutely awful because of the sun damage. They took extra time at the end of the day to buff my other headlight clear and now it looks great. The job they did on the bumper, fender, and headlight replacement was awesome and it only took 2 days. They also cleaned my car before returning it to me, both inside and out, which was great because my car was absolutely disgusting and full of dog hair before. I will be returning to these guys if I ever have an issue again, and I am recommending it highly to everyone I know that needs auto body work done. read more

While having to visit an auto body shop is never a happy event, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and professionalism of the shop. Bruce and Danny who (I dealt with) bent over backwards to assist and address any of my concerns. I have not had an experience as welcoming and satisfying with a body shop my entire life. These folks and their customer service are as professional as they come, and the quality of the repairs (Jose is awesome) are what I consider to be the gold standard for autobody shops. Had a few panels of my 1988 blue Mercedes 560SL painted. I had used them years ago and they did a good job, but this time they did an excellent quality job. Normally, because of the convertible top and the intricate details of these older cars, the paint preparation must be very meticuslouly done, otherwise, you can easily get overspray. I was very happy to see no overspray or residual paint anywhere. The color and shine nicely matched the rest of the car and the car afterwards was properly polished and prepared for delivery. I insisted on quality work and didn't mind for the work to take a few day longer. Also, their estimate was considerably lower than other shops in the area. I recently had some paint and finish work done to my car at Auto Body of Vienna. The quality of the work was excellent. My car is a little older, although still in excellent condition, so I was originally concerned that it may be difficult to match the paint to the rest of the car. I was pleasantly surprised that the new paint matched perfectly. Not only did it match, but also the new paint and finish were flawless. The work was completed at the time that it was promised. Customer service was excellent and everything that I asked to have completed was done with excellent quality, care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Auto Body of Vienna. Call Autobody of Vienna. They will help you make the best of a bad situation. Here is my story if you need more. I have been coming to this business for years to fix minor issues on our vehicles. Recently for the first time in my 40+ years of driving, I had a high-speed accident with air bag deployment on my three-year-old, low mileage Toyota Tacoma truck. My "baby" was not in excellent condition anymore. The insurance company would not total it, so I was left with damaged goods that I had planned to drive for many 100k of miles. Never having been through an extensive repair process like this before, and wanting to get the best repair possible to recover the lost value in my truck, I asked a TON of questions. All the employees, in particular, Jose ("Chuvey") and Bruce, were patient and answered all my many excessive questions about the insurance and repair process without a hint of frustration. Also, my inspection sticker expired while the truck was in the shop. Without asking they updated the inspection and put the new sticker on. Wow. There are plenty of body shops in Northern VA . As a former auto damage appraiser (30+ years) I have probably been to most of them. There are less than a half dozen shops I would use for my own car. For one of the repairs, the windshield needed to be replaced. These guys are great. I thought I had bumped my tire on a corner and done serious damage. I was ready to pay several hundred dollars to repair my car if necessary. It is new and I want to keep it in great shape. Auto Body of Vienna took me with no appointment and were kind and honest and let me know that, aside from a small plastic piece being broken, I hadn't done any true damage at all. They helped me make the slight damage look less noticeable and even put air in my tires and didn't charge me a thing! Count me among the shop's fans - I brought my 2014 Porsche Cayenne to the shop last week to repair a small paint chip, but it was located in a lousy place on the vehicle's rear door, right near the rear window. We've had some poor repair experiences with other shops in the area, and this is the first time we tried this shop, after reading other reviews. To make a long story short, they did a great job in repairing the chip, returned the car clean and on time, and I felt the charge was very fair for the quality of the work. Auto Body was able to promptly assess the situation, order the necessary replacement parts, and provide a (very reasonable) estimate. Really great. I went in on a Friday with a big dent in my back bumper. I was seen right away, and the problem was fixed exactly how I wanted it (I didn't need it to look like new; I just wanted the dent fixed). I brought my vehicle after an accident in which several side panels and rear bumper were damaged, based on previous Yelp reviews and the recommendation of a couple of neighbors. Jose and Chuvy took excellent care of the job. They worked seemlessly with my insurance company and answered all my questions. The estimate was less than I'd expected and so I decided to go get a little extra work done (scuffs from wear & tear and parking lot damage) while I was at it. They kept me apprised at all stages. All told, the repairs took 7 business days, as estimated on the quote. I am so pleased with the results. A combo of replacement parts and repairs and you can't tell there was ever any damage. Looks as good as the day I bought it. The only improvement I would make would be later evening hours to make drop offs/pick ups more convenient. read more

Got in a car accident and it was the closest place to my house, my initial estimate was not the best I was honestly horrified thinking the staff was just rude and not helpful at all than after a few visits to follow up on my car I realized the only one that was rude and seemed to get annoyed by my multiple questions about my car was JEFF. The rest of the staff is great specially Bruce and the Hispanic guy (don't know how to spell his name) they were extremely nice and helpful and didn't seem to mind at all when I had questions about my car. Every time I had any concerns about noises or anything after the accident ( i was very paranoid after the accident) they were more than happy to check them out. I just would not recommend dealing with Jeff (he is the older guy). read more

I brought it in covered with dents and scratches , all put there by me or the folks who parked behind me on the street over a period of ten years.
