Honesty-he was very forth coming with what was needed and what was optional 2. Integrity-we offered to pay double the service order price to have someone come out and when he got here he said no, he wouldn't charge that extra fee (seriously? Sooo super kind) 3. Diagnosed and explained the problem right away. Took time to check the attic (came prepared with a mask on, shoe covers and a drape on the floor to catch dirt from the attic). Very professional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely nice and respectful. When he completed his service, he explained what services he performed and informed me of anything that might have to be done in the future. A week ago we had Christian come out to diagnose our problem. He was on time & polite. He prepared our estimate and called the office to get us on the books for repair.. today Jacob & Anthony arrived on time both were friendly, easy to understand, gave great detail to what, where & how they would be working. Our air conditioner quit working needless to say during a usual hot August. Metz was able to set up a service call the next day. Need less to say we needed a new unit. We had our old unit since 1992.
