Hilariously chaotic service, some of the best views in the Dells, and totally mediocre Mexican food. Word of strong caution - when you order the Diablo Shrimp and they warn you about the heat - they are NOT kidding.

Huge margaritas get me every time. Oh, and chips and salsa. Ok, maybe all of it. Perfection.

I really failed at the picture taking for a place we dined at twice. I enjoyed this spot dining outside over the Wisconsin River right below the dam. The food and drinks were delicious and some of the best service ever. Highly recommend.

Came in for drinks after doing the pirates cove mini golf course. They give you a bogo deal for a drink. Decent area but pretty nice view of the river by the window. There's also outdoor seating. They give you free chips and salsa.

This place is great, the margaritas are wonderful. The staff is amazing the kids were a bit noisy but they were so nice about it. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because we had to wait 20 minutes for being noticed at all, when we got our nachos which came on a fairly small platter they were cold not even the slightest bit warm, and extra crispy practically burnt.

Should've read the reviews before hand. Oh well. This place is alright. What it lacks in quality of food, makes up in the scenery and patio. Thankfully it was nice out, so we chose to sit on the patio. Nice view of the lower dells. The smell of dead fish and brown foam from the jet boats not so great, but like that they had a patio. Service was alright. Just the right amount of attentive. Food tastes very Wisconsin Dells, if that makes any sense. It was just kind of bland, lacked pizazz, flavor and authenticity. The chips were dull and the "spicy" green salsa that came out was this creepy green blob. Rice was pretty good. Not a place I would rush back to food wise, but the scenery and patio are nice options.

Front doors were very cool to my son.

The service here was good and the view of the river is very nice. With the exception of their queso, all of our food was incredibly bland.

We stopped at what we thought was a pub up the road and turned out after a certain time, it becomes very much night club vibes. So, we wandered a bit and saw this spot that was open and still serving food. Yahtzee! They were incredibly busy (probably due to the sparse choices for later evening eats in the Dells) so it took us a while to be served (not a problem for us, but just to know that they're popular and busy and to maybe pack your patience). For our cocktails, I got their mezcalita. I love mezcal. I enjoy margaritas. How on earth this was my first mezcalita, I don't know. But, if I may, stand atop a metaphorical mountain and officially shout here and now: henceforth, it's the mezcalita for me! Too much? Too formal an announcement for such an occasion? I think not. It was completely delicious and will now be my go-to cocktail order when getting Mexican food. For my dinner, I got the pastor tacos, beans, and rice. Amazing. I was waffling between which type of tacos to get and our sweet server said those were his fave. I'm so glad he steered me in that direction because they were wonderful. The prices were reasonable, the service was lovely, and the food was fab. This will become a must stop on any trip to the Dells for us. Get to it!

Great food and service! Nestled in the Dells hub and serves colorful food and margaritas.read more

When you walk in, you're immediately met with the bar. They do have additional seating but you have to make your way past the bar to find it. We decided to sit at the bar and were happy for the low key atmosphere while we enjoyed a cocktail and some lunch. For my cocktail, I ordered a Manhattan which was decently made. For my lunch, I got the bbq chicken wrap, which was great. I got fries on the side which were also crispy and delicious. The kitchen is adjacent to and can be seen from our perch at the bar, which was nice to see our food being prepared. All in all, this is a great casual spot for a beverage and a bite on any trip to the Dells. Get to it!

Just be ready to squeeze in The decor is the first thing you notice. The walls and ceiling are practically plastered with local apparel, and for whatever reason, there's a heavy monkey theme going on with all the gear. It gives the place a great, unpretentious, classic Wisconsin dive bar vibe. The menu keeps it simple: standard, no-nonsense bar food. We're talking burgers, baskets, and fried sides. Service was surprisingly snappy given that it was shoulder-to-shoulder at the bar. If you want a quiet, intimate dinner, this isn't it. But if you want cold drinks, killer curds, and a vibrant crowd, it's easily a solid four-star stop on the strip. I'd definitely grab a beer here again. the burgers claimed that they were world famous but topping your burgers is a little strange, they charge 25 cents for tomatoes and lettuce
