The food was good the price was reasonable and the service was okay.The only complaint I have is our waitress was not cheerful and friendly.

This place blows! The service sucks, the food sucks, and inside the joint looks extremely dated. Was not impressed, will NEVER come back, and i didnt complain because my son wanted to take me for tacos, hes such a good son and i didnt have the heart to tell him his restaurant choice sucked! Lol but he knew as soon as i roared "How the hell do you f*ck up tacos?!!" Smh how the hell do you screw up fajitas?!! Thin ass bland ass salsa! Thin ass watery ass queso dip! Awful restaurant! I ordered a quesadilla, and it was the worst quesadilla ever. I wanted shrimp instead of the beef that it comes with. The upcharge is $2. Usually, $2 is fair as long as I get a reasonable portion. I swear, they only placed 3 medium sized shrimp on the entire quesadilla. On top of that, they didn't place any onions or peppers in the quesadilla. Just hard, cold cheese with 3 medium shrimps. Not tasty at all. I literally just ate the shrimp out of the quesadilla. The drinks were awful as well. They were very watered down and just plain. We were asked what flavor did we want for our margaritas. Assuming that the drinks come with flavors, we chose peach. After looking at our receipts, we noticed we were charged $1 each drink for flavors. Then the service.... goodness, our waitress did not do well at all. It took her close to 10 minutes to even greet us after being seated. She spilled the drinks and nachos while on her way to the table, so we waited even longer. After we got our meals, she didn't come back to our table for over 20 minutes. They only gave us two tortillas for our fajitas, therefore we were not able to eat our food. My friends ordered steak with their fajitas, and it was dry and tasteless. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would like to say something nice about this place, but I can't. Even the chips and salsa were disgusting. I'm super disappointed by my experience. Usually, Mexican food is a guaranteed win. Not at this place. Such a waste. read more

I went there with my father. He is a bit old and sick, but he can eat and drink with the best of them! He passed on the margarita, but accepted a cold mexican draft instead. The owners chatted with us a bit, they are very sincere people. The servers laughed with us, also very sincere. The bartenders were outgoing and pretty! I definitely recommend this place to others! I had an awesome time tonight! So much I am still in the parking lot just to write this review! Our first time experience her at Mexico Lindo was great from beginning to end! We ended up here tonight because everything else was closed tonight for Memorial Day! But I am sooooo happy I googled it! The hostess, our waiter and even the young lady who brought our food out were fantastic and provided outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back to see our waiter some time this week he accommodated us in every possible and was very nice! The food was splendid! I am not a fan of a place that all my friends who live in this area just rave about? I just don't get it and of course I am not a huge Mexican foodie. This place is dark/dim, it always looks unclean to me. The food is better than the drinks for me because they never serve what I drink and since Margaritas are not my thing or beer, I am very limited and simply end up sitting with friends not enjoying as much as they are. The menu is so-so and the music is awful. I really don't get the hype but to each his or her own. I have not been back and have no intentions on going but all my friends still go on a regular basis. I was doing some training for my job out in this area of town, and noticed this place, so I stopped in for lunch. I had the torilla soup and the speedy combination, which consisted of an enchilada, a taco, beans, and rice. Typical, huh? Anyway, It was pretty decent for a cheap lunch. Went there for the first time with some friends early on Cinco de Mayo (5/5/14). My friends are regulars there and but had a bad experience that day. Their orders arrived about 45 minutes after mine and most of the others at the table. Then they got their order wrong all together. They were so disappointed. They used to love going there. The food is incredible! You won't be going there for the atmosphere, but then great food is great food no matter from a truck, a dive (which this is not) or an over-pompas environment. Margaritas are great, the staff is fantastic and the food defies description. I've been there so many times I can not count. What says it all is that friends who come in from out of town will drive from their hotels in downtown Atlanta to eat at Mexico Lindo. I can say a waitress Joy was very helpful bc i couldve left my cc and she stopped me. I will come here again, especially since the're honest workers there. This place definitely disappointed me ! 1st I received an order "hot potato fajita" and it shows the description of the ingredients and some how it came topped with cheese that I never added! This was a manager's problem because it never said the dish was topped with cheese, manager is responsible for making sure the menu is updated. 2nd I've been to this place I can't even count how many times for the last decade and the last 3 years I've been paying with Apple Pay and then all of a sudden it didn't work. I was lucky enough to have my CC in the car because I just drove from Florida and had it on me. I hate using my CC for a minor bills. Then once i paid my bill and was on the way leaving, the manager said something really slick to her coworker while I was leaving out the door. Instead of recommending and coming to this place often like I use too, that will come to an end. It's unfortunate because the manager doesn't value a repeated custom that's been coming to this establishment for so many years. "It is what it is". Definitely not worth the price. I had the shrimp and crab enchiladas and they were just okay. Great neighborhood hang out but not the best Mexican restaurant or service. Service was slow and waitress seemed uninterested in helping with the experience. Not enough chops for salsa and guacamole. Very mediocre. Keep going down the road! Great service, good food at an affordable price!

We went on Christmas Eve at around 2pm and the place was dead except a few regulars at the bar. We were greeted and seated by the owner and he was very nice and we found out some history about their dishes and their duration at the location, which was impressive. I had the pork belly tacos and they were small and OK. I had never had pork belly before and hearing such rave reviews about them from cooking shows and chef cook offs I figured I'd give them a try. They were like eating large overcooked bacon bits on a taco. I would not order these again. My husband loved his carne asada tacos and they looked great and plentiful. We also went when it was free queso dip Tuesday and their white queso, guacamole and chips were very satisfying. Our waitress was very friendly but it was slow and she only had one or two tables. read more

Every time I go here I'm amazed that such a great place exists in Mableton, Georgia, of all places. it seems much more like something you'd find ITP, but I'm not complaining. the food is way more sophisticated than your traditional Mexican eatery, but not pretentious. This place confuses me. From the outside...and well, inside too, it looks like it would be one of those semi-authentic, non-chainish places with great food and great prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. First of all, I love a good Mexican place that has several seafood options on the menu. The swiss enchiladas were excellent....however, given the atmosphere, slightly overpriced. They didn't come with any sides, ie. rice, beans, etc., but they were still good and pretty filling. I have also had the Burrito Del Mar, which is my favorite! Really good and filling. They have great drink prices and good $5 appetizers...they're kind of all over the place, but it works!
