Black bean pepper: our favorite as the texture was on point but the cilantro sauce with cojita cheese made the dish. Crispy green potato: similar to the crispy potato taco but definitely better due to the cilantro sauce. The potato filling was also amazing and the taco overall was presented beautifully.
