Burger with greens, tomato and two cheeses. incredible fries, and chicken fingers.

SERVICE: I placed my order online today and noted food allergies which present challenges when ordering from restaurant delivery services. within moments of submitting my order and selecting my time, I received a call. WOW was I pleasantly impressed that she wanted to review my food allergiesand come up with a plan. they could have lost a $40 sale in doing the right thing. As it turned out, we were able to work around the allergies and place the order. I can't speak to the ambience in the restaurant, but I can vouch for the speed of delivery and the pleasant driver, Shannon FOOD: oh my gracious those french fries were incredible - exactly how I requested them - extra well done. I love that they leave the skins on. I was in heaven. The burger was on the smaller side, but it was exactly to my specifications. The chicken fingers were incredibly fresh, hot and super crispy. (I'll save those for my daughter since, Gaby shared with me that they do have a seasoning on that might prove challenging for me). Do I recommend Meyers OldeDutch? ABSOLUTELY. NOTE: as an aside, the manager( owner?), Jeff called me when he learned that one item was left out of my order. He let me know that he would credit my account with "a little extra "nicely done Jeff.

Great new addition to the area. Across the street from Vassar college. Order at the counter and they bring it out to you at your table. Nice patio and indoor seating. Casual. . Szechuan peppercorn chicken sandwich made smoke and flames come out of my son's ears, but his dad was happy to gobble it up and gave it a thumbs up. The coating on the Mac & cheese balls was perfectly salty and delicious; though the filling was a bit bland. Some vegetarian and vegan offerings and specials of the day (week?). Good spot for a yummy lunch!

Best burger place in town. The fry sauce rocks, the service is attentive and friendly, and the variety of events they hold add even more to the value of grabbing a bite at MOD. Bonus - their hot dogs are best I've ever had.

Once there the vibe feels rustic, historic, little speakeasy vibes. Service was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable about all the different wines available. The charcuterie grazing board was every and any thing you could possibly want, at least we thought so. Sooooo good!! The dippy duet of the tapenade and pistachio cream dip thing (sorry forgot the name) delicious. We ordered an entree to share and everyone raved about the lamb chops. Safe to say we'll be back. There is a parking lot across the street. Hard to see any signs on where you have to pay but it's not free.

We arrived as soon as they opened and were some of the first there. The bar tender greeted us and we took our seats. He came over immediately and went through the entire menu with us. I ordered wine from their very large selection and my husband ordered a stout. They were out of his order so the bar tender brought over three similar options and explained them all. My husband picked one of the recommendations and it was a great beer. My wine was delicious. We ordered the Brie , burger, and my husband ordered their lomo. Everything was great truly. We just took our time and really enjoyed the space which was very cozy and relaxing. The best thing is going to a restaurant where wine and beer are their main focus and talking with staff that is enthusiastic about their products. Our waiter was great and we're sad we didn't get his name but he made the experience ten times better with his knowledge of wines and beers. We plan on returning very soon!!

Occasionally a celebrity walks through this town and restaurants do cater to a higher end clientele so that tricks some people into thinking this town has a restaurant scene (including the higher end clientele) True foodies and individuals that enjoy high-end dining don't go to Millbrook and Canoe Hill definitely won't change that. It's a run of the mill restaurant with average service that has a "curated menu" with "locally sourced ingredients" and a "specially selected wine menu" it also has the usual uninspired modern farmhouse aesthetic and of course a Chef that gets great reviews and accolades from local magazines ....that just coincidentally he advertises in. I won't waste my time or your time getting into the meal I had here cause it was so unimpressively dull and flavorless. But to sum it up -- Don't waste your time, money or night out.

We were here on a Monday night so it wasn't busy. Got seated right away and learned that Monday Night is Burger & a Beer special for $19. Great deal! Unfortunately they don't have beers on tap, but do have a decent bottled beer selection. I had the burger and hubby had the lasagna. The burger was cooked with duck fat, which really brings out the flavor. It was delicious. Hubby's lasagna was great too. Then we ended the dinning experience with a spiced ginger cake. It was very fitting for winter holiday, delicious but could be even better if served warm ala mode. Solid place and they change their menu often so it's always a new experience.
