"Soon to be Famous" añejo, tequila, mezcal, passionfruit, turmeric, chili pepper, lime. Good but a little too sweet for me.

Great drinks, food, and fun! We had a reserved table for 6, and parking was easy across the street in a business lot after hours. Inside is gorgeous and feels like a club, with a nice lobby, beautiful interior, and a live DJ playing great music. The DJ was so good we actually asked if people dance, but our server said it wasn't really that kind of place. Honestly, it's rude for the music to be that good then. Service was excellent. Drinks and waters were refilled all night. My favorite cocktail was For The Gram. It was very balanced and came with a sage joint. Soon To Be Famous was good too but it was sweeter than I usually like. The Spanish Octopus starter was tender, perfectly cooked, and delicious. For my meal, I had the Mezcal Mixed Greens Salad with my choice of Salmon, and both were really tasty. Dessert was a tall Coconut cake and Fried Ice Cream with toasted coconut flakes. Both were good, but I wanted the coconut cake to taste more coconutty. NOTES/TIPS: **Limited parking, can park across the street after in the evening. **Wheelchair-accessible. Clean restrooms.

This restaurant is visually stunning and has such a cool ambience. Perfect for date night or a night out with friends. The drinks menu is so fun! The food was delicious and our server was friendly, patient, and offered good suggestions. I'd love to come back!

The space is beautiful, a great spot for a date night. Our drinks came promptly, and with a little showmanship. Everything is fresh and well presented. A little bit over priced, but you're paying for the experience. What I really didn't like about the night was our service. Our server (I believe his name was Kevin?) was aloof and disinterested and frequently didnt come check in with us, especially with there being a long wait between our drinks and the food arriving. Ig didnt seem like he was that way with other patrons either.

On 5/22/26 Superman celebrated our 50th wedding Anniversary at your establishment. We go out to eat frequently and we have to say that Ryan and your staff made us feel like celebrities on our special day! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was stunning, and the service was above and beyond! Thank you for a memorable experience and we look forward to coming again and to checking out Elizabeth's

Wow this place is great. No wonder it's so hard to get a reservation! They go all out on presentation...lots of wow factors. But that doesn't mean they skimped on the quality of the food. We all really enjoyed everything we had. I especially liked the Lobster paella risotto, the cauliflower tacos, and the guacamole. The lobster risotto was plentiful with 2 lobster tails. Cocktails are fantastic, lots of great options. I had the El Jefe and I have to say it's one of the best margaritas I've ever had. We really liked the clever Ferrero Rocher dessert martini which was served in a chocolate bunny....drink your martini then eat it! What a perfect dessert drink. Service here was phenomenal. We had a wonderful server who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely come here again Food tips: guacamole, Lobster paella risotto, cauliflower tacos Drink tips: El Jefe, Ferrero Rocher dessert martini

Run, do not walk to Mezcal in Old Bridge. Unassuming from the street, spectacular from the parking lot to the curated inside decor. Food. Hospitality. Cocktails. All spectacular. Unique bar and THE most inspired cocktails and delivery outside of Las Vegas. It's not cheap. Please go and support this local business. Wow

If you want an incredible dining experience, come to Mezcal. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out, everything was outstanding! We were individually greeted and each of our 4 party members had their hand shaken with sincere eye contact. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu, and gave awesome suggestions for food and drinks. She truly enhanced the experience. The food was amazing! The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were to die for. A special shout out to the street corn starter - this is a must. The interior was beautifully decorated and the music was at the perfect volume. You could have a conversation without shouting while still hearing the background music. The bar area with fire around the counter was super dope. You could spend a decent amount of money here, but it would be totally worth it. Make sure you get on over here and try it. 10/10

Mezcal is a vibe, as the kids would say. It's buzzing and bustling, and for a minute, I wasn't sure whether I was at Old Bridge, NJ, or a happening Midtown spot. We went in around 8 p.m. without reservations, and the earliest table was available at 9:30 p.m. The bar (it is huge) was full, but we snagged two seats within half an hour. They had Happy Hour on when we went (8-10 on Mondays), which explained the crowd, although it looked like this place was as always busy. We ordered some drinks and bites off the HH menu - the drinks we tried (Margarita and Pistachio Martini were good, albeit a tad too sweet). Their complimentary chips (fried in beef tallow) were a nice touch. The fish (halibut) tacos were great, and esquites were okay, a bit too much dressing for my liking. We only ordered the skirt steak and whipped potatoes for the main course - and this was what really disappointed. The steak (medium rare) was really chewy, and the two of us didn't finish it. I'm not sure we let it sit out too long, but a steak house not getting pricey steak right isn't a good look. We went way past closing time, and our bartender took forever to give us our check, and never came back for it. Another bartender took care of it much later, after many attempts of trying to flag someone down. I understand the long hours and the various tasks that need attending at closing time, but leaving customers unattended for this long felt very frustrating. Overall - amazing ambience, good drinks, promising food, and service that left us wanting - I might try Mezcal again to give them another shot, but this night failed to leave a mark on me.

Popped into Mezcal for surprise bday dinner and the staff were so accommodating to our shenanigans. They made this review a 4 stars. We went crazy and ordered family style. We ordered Queso Fundido, Braised Citrus Pork Tacos, Short Rib Tacos, Achiote Fish tacos, Filet Mignon, Halibut, and Lobster Paella Risotto!! Everything was pretty good. My favorites were definitely the queso fundido and the halibut. All the flavors on the halibut dish paired soooo well together. I didn't care for the Risotto or most of the tacos though. Most of the group thought the food wasn't that great for the price and flavors. It was a really expensive dinner but overall felt worth it for the occasion. The vibe inside was fun too. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Where do I start! We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. There is parking available behind the restaurant. You walk into this beautiful hallway that leads to the bar. This place is beautiful the aesthetics is outstanding. We were a party of six and our server was amazing explained everything from the drinks to the food items. We started off with a cosmo each and ordered 2 appetizers the guac and the octopus, both were very good. For the main we got the porterhouse and the lobster paella risotto with 4 different sides to share. Had another round of drinks and some green tea shots. They brought a cake and sang happy birthday. Now time for the bill!!!! Granted I did know this place was more of an upscale place and we have done that before. When we opened the check and saw the bill it was over $800 WOW without the tip. All in all I might just come back for the food too expensive to drink here. Good couples spot not for larger groups.

I've been here twice now and everything about it is amazing! The food is always a 10/10. The staff is so kind, and always have a positive attitude. They even help with suggestions based on what you like! The ambiance is great as well, such a picture perfect place. Everything about this restaurant is cool and tasty.

I stopped in for dinner and when I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked into a really nice restaurant! I was greeted and sat. I was served by a great server! I ordered: Spice is Nice Short Rib Tacos Pollo Al Carbon Esquites The food was very tasty and I loved the chicken dish and I also liked the cocktail Spice is Nice! All in all a great experience!

Every single time, it did not disappoint. What I love about this place is that it has the decor and vibe of a trendy Manhattan spot, but the manager and even the girls at the front are super sweet and welcoming. It has an upscale vibe, but still feels warm and approachable. The food is fantastic, the service is wonderful, the drinks are great, and the decor is beautiful. I haven't experienced the live music yet, but a couple of times I went on the weekends it had a fun party vibe with great music. If you're going on a date and want it a little quieter, I'd suggest going earlier in the evening. I also think there are certain days with live music and others that are more low-key. Overall, this is a great addition to the area. I will definitely be back. It's perfect for family outings, date night, girls' night, or even being bold and going solo.

That being said, the $35 Chicken Parm is so fantastic you have to pay extra for the pasta. I was afraid to ask what the $235 Tomahawk Steak didn't come with. The meal is presented fabulously in 2D. The small portions are spread sparingly across the nice big long plates with a colorful manage of sauces framing your meal, giving the illusion that the serving is generous and worthy of celebration. The event ends long before your palette is quenched and you find yourself calculating that the experience may not be worth the cost. A notion confirmed upon receiving the check. The pretentious "social club" in title leads those blindly paying almost $20 for a cocktail in the expectation that not only their thirst will be satiated but their hearts as well. For if one is willing and has the means to afford such gifts for themselves, surely they can be persuaded to share their wealth. The attempt to combine a non traditional Italian restaurant with a privileged to enter social club becomes the pinnacle of indigestion as the shared sound system between the two venues is raised to a volume around sunset making it difficult to finish a discussion that started two minutes ago and impossible to start any new meaningful interlude. All this experience overload (and expense overload) comes with a real sense of regret when you realize upon leaving, that which seemed curious to you when you entered....I'm in a strip mall off Route 9 in central Jersey. Do yourself a favor, save your money and goto any number of the cool good time venues located in or around Old Bridge, NJ where the beers are still $5, the drinks are $10 and the cool vibes are free of regrets.

The staff here is all super friendly, and the environment is incredibly chic. They recently added more couches, and it truly has a lounge feel, which I think is really lovely. Recently, I needed to host a private event, and I knew they had experience hosting events, so I reached out to Maks to book my celebration. The planning part of this process was extremely smooth. Max was very responsive, making it very easy, and they were flexible with the details. As for the price, I thought it was very reasonable, and I rented the entire space, which I considered a good deal. The start of the day of the party was invaluable; they arrived early to set up, which allowed me to set up what I needed as well. My guest had really great interactions with the staff, and they truly loved the environment, the drinks, and I know they had fun talking with the bartenders, which made the experience worthwhile in my opinion. Seemed more Spanish to me than Portuguese though. Portions were huge... actually had leftovers from a dish, which is the first for me from a tasting menu. Basically could just see the fireplace. The sister restaurant Heirloom is a much better chef's counter setup where you are seeing everything -Dishes seemed to be regular menu type dishes (just smaller portions), as opposed to super interesting types that you would expect from a tasting menu -Beverage pairing was okay... didn't really love the wines For these reasons, I'd likely return, but just stick to the regular menu/ experience.

I was especially looking forward to ordering the ribeye and lit up instantly when the server listed it as one of the specials. The server shared that he would need to collect the orders for all of our courses at the same time which was fine with me. I actually had more confidence in the timing of everything for that reason. Our server had a delightful energy particularly at the beginning of our visit. After we placed our orders, everything began to fall apart. It did get noticeably busy since we first arrived, but we ultimately waited for our main entrees for over 3 hours. 3 hours. The table ordered the charred octopus and the oysters to start. The oysters hit the table fairly quickly, but then we began to gradually notice how long it was taking for the octopus to come. I had only a slither of the octopus so that I could say I tried it. Everyone at the table raved about the taste. I did, however, agree that their oysters were delicious especially when dressed with a little bit of mignonette, lemon, horseradish and a touch of Tabasco sauce. I'm excited to now report that I am a fan of fresh oysters from the east coast, because apparently the coast matters. The table also ordered the canaletto stuffed with mascarpone, parmesan and another cheese, langostines and lobster with morel mushroom cream sauce, garnished with truffles. I passed on this one also as it was too adventurous for my taste buds; although, their delicious bread and our drinks did distract me for a little while. The restaurant is BYOB, so we had our wine to keep us company while we observed other tables come and go. We eventually asked to see the manager and was told there wasn't a manager on duty which was either untrue or a very poor decision on the part of the owners considering it was a Friday evening. Having someone occasionally check in with our table may have also helped to take the pressure off of the server who may have gotten overwhelmed or decided to prioritize other tables. Having a manager offer a personal apology may have helped us feel less forgotten about. After the three hour mark, we decided this was enough. I didn't have much to eat at this point, but I wasn't at all worried initially since I was there for the main event, the ribeye. I stopped a hostess who was walking past our table and asked for the manager. We were again told the manager is not here but can be called, if needed. I simply replied, "Please do". Shortly afterwards, I noticed our server who at this time was standing by the host stand briskly walk into the kitchen and then return to our table with our plates. I sent the food back which was a decision that was supported by everyone at the table. Let me tell you, that was a difficult decision to make, but I also was ready to call it a night. Our mood had changed, and I truly felt like we were derservant of having the same experience as everyone else that night. Our server apologized for his part to play in the ordeal which I appreciated since I know his intention was never malicious, but unfortunately we had to call this night a bust. He offered us dessert on the house, and our entire meal was comped which we felt was an appropriate resolution. I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bread pudding which was a favorite. Very good. Jasper Stone is a beautiful establishment with decorative yellow and white floral arrangements throughout the dining area. It is clearly a popular restaurant and has many positive reviews. I regret that I could not have a comparable experience.
