I attempted to stop her twice, not to put an additional color that would change the color of my SNS and she assured me after she used the machine to file it down it would go back. It didn't. Instead of them offering me an apology and to fix it... FOUR other technicians, including the two heads girls, became argumetive and confrontational! They also speak about you and laugh in their language when you (1) ask a question or (2) appear to be unsatisfied or (3) speak up for yourself! What a disguating way to do business when people ARE PAYING YOU FOR A SERVICE! Mediocre pedicure service too every time I went here. Reporting to the BBB. UPDATE 12/2/19 - 3 days later nails started to crack... 9 days after this service several cracks on multiple nails. Although I'm no longer local to the area, I had time to kill and needed to get my nails done so I figured I'd give it a try. They were able to squeeze me in right away on a Saturday. It is sooo nice in here. Much nicer than a lot of the more expensive salons i find in the city. I only got a manicure but it was really relaxing with the background music. The girl I had, Tiffany looked really young but she did a great job. I had cut the top half of my nail off on accident while chopping vegetables and I was nervous a tech would just rush through it and file on the skin and not listen to me asking to go slow with that and not cut it. She was really good and was able to take her time to buff what was remaining of the nail out so although it's super short it still blends with the others. She even went back and added extra cuticle oil on to the exposed raw skin for that nail. They have an extensive selection for gel colors and are upfront about the varying costs. Great business model as well, with their loyalty cards and cash back rewards program incentivizing me to come back when in the area.

I'll barely switch it up and add a design for special occasions but for the most part I like a plain ombré with translucent glitter. The service at first wasn't the greatest but it was doable because I am particular and didn't want to have to look for a new nail salon. The service started getting worse and the nail techs would argue that what I wanted wouldn't look good. I like a clear base and they kept trying to talk me into a pink base which in my opinion doesn't look good and if I'm paying for a service I'm not going to walk around with a color I don't like. For me the last straw was when I brought my daughter with me to get our nails done for Christmas. I had made a reservation for both of us and they made her wait while they took other walk ins because I refused to have them out gel on my minor. I told them specifically due to her age regular nail polish is all we wanted. As we were finishing up one of the techs proceeded to give every customer in the salon a "Christmas gift" except me and my daughter. Which I thought was so rude. I tip well and don't expect gifts in return but to blatantly do that to myself and daughter was beyond me.
