The truck was more than adequate to handle my move, spacious., clean, well maintained. They handled my items with care. I had 3 large closets of clothing they packed for me into the wardrobe boxes they provided .Every piece of furniture was wrapped with care and delivered without a scratch. My bedroom furniture is difficult to disassemble/reassemble, but these pros were able to move through the process effortlessly. They placed every single item exactly where I wanted, I even had them move somethings more than once and they did it with a smile. Mario and Oscar exceeded my expectations by far! I moved from a 2 story 2bdrm condo to a one story 3 bedroom single family home. The amount of stuff I've accumulated while living in my condo is absurd! Mario and Oscar were able to work independently packing stuff that was ready to go so I could focus on what still needed to be done. They also had great tips on timesavers. It was 102 degrees and hot!! These two gentlemen never lost patience- their smiles were ever present. We had to make a stop and pick up a brand new refrigerator to the almost full truck. When my fridge had unexpected damage to it Mario and Oscar pointed it out and waited while I negotiated with the merchant. The way they unpacked me made it easy for me to settle into my new home. I want to first thank Mario for such an excellent service and the professionalism offered by this company. Never once did I feel any distrust from this moving company or from the owner. Communication was great and I was always kept on the loop with the progress that was being completed. Mario and his crew did a wonderful job dealing with my items. The job was completed in 3 and half days, I was guest-mating that the job could take anywhere from four to five days. This was wonderful to hear when the job was done before the time estimated. Mario and his team were excellent -- my best experience working with moving, hands-down. They were very professional, careful with our things, and they're seriously hardworking. We moved from a 3 story townhouse in Redondo Beach to a single family home in Pleasant Hill. Mario and his team helped us break down furniture and load the truck, and it was pretty insane how well they packed it. They were extremely careful with our things (more careful that I was, to be honest), and were constantly offering to go above and beyond. We drove ourselves up north and Mario and his truck met us at our new home the next morning for a quick unload. MGB Relocations company was amazing on helping me move and pack everything. They were on time friendly and give me call 10 mins before getting to my place. I highly appreciated the customer service. The movers them self were really stand up guys without a doubt. They took great care of my stuff like it was theirs. They had all the right equipment to get the job done right. It really took some skill to get some of the stuff out but they did it. To my great surprise, believing i was going to have to leave a few things behind, they were able to take every single item to my new location. Earlier this month, MGB Relocations helped with a 350 mile move that required an overnight stay. Mario and his team were very professional and very helpful. He worked with us on and our budget to accommodate our needs. His team brought all the materials needed to disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed, plus covers to protect the mattresses. We had not finished packing when his team arrived (our fault as they were on time) and they were able to plastic wrap some bookshelves with items still in it to make the move even easier. I contacted numerous moving companies before my move and MGB Relocations had one of the lowest quotes, but you would never know it from the quality of service they provide. Mario and his team were fantastic! They were prompt, courteous, hard-working, and extremely careful with our belongings and home. Mario communicated clearly before and during the entire process. This company was amazing with helping me move. I had first contacted another company to help me with this move, but they ended up canceling on me because I changed the move to one hour earlier than we had talked about. i could not believe that had happen?? These guys are very good at what they do. We were nervous, but Mario and his crew were great. We moved on March 16. Great Moving Team! I needed to move from La to Sf for my job and they prepared everything for me. All my furniture including my fridge moved carefully and efficiently out of my home without me doing one bit of lifting anything. Excellent work guys! Im satistisfied beyond means and would call them back if i ever move again. These guys make really hard work look easy its ridiculous but they do this all the time so i can understand. Id break my back going up and downstairs all day moving my stuff even just the small items so im very glad to have had them take the task with no hesitation. I dont know what happened with the two bad comments but 90% of customers seem more than happy. The best relocation experience we've ever had. We've moved 7 times within the past 35 years and by far this was the most efficient, professional, and most courteous group to work with. This Company knows how to move. I can see how they are professionals in this craft because I wouldn't have known how to move by large frig or washing machine with out scratching my wood floors.
