On 2/27 we contacted Mi Bella Med Spa as they posted on their social media a deal on a facial their facial includes black head removal, extractions, red light, and much more. We also contacted them via phone and two reps told me the same thing that amazing deal for $129 their names being Kimberly and Bella. We went in to get her facial done and NOTHING was done they did basic black head removal and within 20 min she was out of there. We called and supervisors and secretary Natalie agreed it was FALSE advertising and they apologized they offered free facials but why would I want to go back to a place that made me feel uncomfortable and lied. We asked for a refund but they stated they couldn't do it as my mom signed there was no refund. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. I reacted to a special that they have on Instagram. I got to pick the day and time. The office staff was super friendly and offered me water or 7-Up. The office itself is very clean. The treatment room is also very clean, although I had to wait a little bit longer but I had an office assistant check in with me if I needed anything if I wanted any more water. I guess one of the nurses had an emergency and had to leave. The nurse itself was super friendly, and very professional. I arrived early to my appointment only to find out that they canceled my appointment 1 hr before my scheduled time. Turns out they left me a voicemail... Who checks their voicemails anymore? My phone is on silent when I'm working. Who expects their appointment to be canceled 1hr prior?! Before this appointment, I had been communicating with them via text. They never sent me a text about the last minute cancellation. I'm a working mom, running from job to activity, etc. What a let down to finally have an opportunity to do something for myself and then have to drive over 30 min to have them not make any effort beyond the bare minimum. Found a gem in Rancho. This place is legit the best medical spa in the area. Their machines are top notch. I finished my Morpheus8 treatment 2 weeks ago. My skin are so much more tighten and firm. At first I was I unsure about the NP Anissa ( because she looked so young) big mistake! She did a wonderful job! So far I love the results. This is a follow up to second Morpheus treatment in November 2023 in this office. And I also referred my mom for their Botox. This was my second Morpheus at this location. The first time went fantastic but this second time it was horrible. This was definitely someone else doing Morpheus for me. I will say she was nice but that's it. Her skills and experience failed as she burned my nose and also scarred my right cheek and the front of my nose. The experience was also uncomfortable as their chair was not working I had to help her because none of the girls in the reception offered to help or check with what was going on with the chair. She also wanted to use a fan for me while treating me and none of them in the front reception offered to find a fan or charge the fan. Anyway my husband was angry and warned me not to mess with my face he has never been upset of me going for treatments and all my holiday pictures you can see my nose healing from the burning. Than my mom who I thought did not have horrible experience told me she had hard bump's and that already by January 1st she was in need of Botox again. She said never ever going there! She'd rather pay the higher price then cheap non lasting and not well placed Botox. I really wanted to like this place but management seemed to not train their staff and the place is looking very abandoned as far as maintenance. That is only a red flag when they don't keep a nice office. read more
