I have been coming here for hydrafacial, their package deal was so great, I got a package of 10. They have the newest technology and the nurse provides the best hydrafacial experience. She takes time explain every step before and during the service. I feel so comfortable at their spa, its clean and staffs are super friendly. Best of all, the result was great. My face feels smooth right after. Nurse Anisa also recommended botox and Morpheus8. I am still waiting for the result on Botox but already see some lines smooth out after 4 days. 0 stars. I'm so disappointed, I was so excited for my appointment but as soon as I walked in I knew I made a mistake. My appt was at 4 and I arrived at 3:50. The girls at the front desk were so rude and acted like I've annoyed them in some way idk why. I sat down and a few minutes later someone came to give me the new client forms. When I returned the forms they acted like I interrupted their convo, it must've been serious by the looks of it. I sat back down an no one said a word to me for 40 MINUTES, didn't offer water, didn't let me know the reason for the wait, didn't even apologize for the wait. I wouldn't have minded waiting if they were just polite and checked in on me. I thought they forgot I was there. I got up and said I have to cancel the appt and they couldn't care less. They didn't offer to reschedule and didn't even apologize for the wait. I just walked out so embarrassed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. read more

I have been debating for a few days if I wanted to write a review or not. I was very excited for my appointment as the young lady I spoke too over the phone was very knowledgeable and sweet. I was impressed that I called during after hours and someone answered !! Once I got to my appointment I was in shock, well I am not one to address peoples appearance as I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have gone to many medical spas and cosmetic places and one thing that always remains is that most of the employees take pride in their appearance and the aura that they give off . Here is my concern: I visited this office last to Monday, and the first thing that I noticed was an employee at the front desk who looked extremely hung over dark under eyes and literally looked like a mess. As I mentioned before I am not one to put down anybody for their looks but these girls did not look like they worked at a medical spa or a cosmetic place. I would think that they would put more effort into getting ready and looking presentable as most people come into these facilities to look better, and spend money to look better. My second concern is that I pre-purchased some zeomin at eight dollars. I went into the room with the nurse and came out and when it came time to check out I overheard the nurse mentioned to the front desk girl that she did not give me the zeomin but instead gave me a product that was cheaper!!!! I was in disbelief. how do you not know what you give someone???? Instead of apologizing the front desk girl was very rude. I tried to address the situation but the nurse basically said oh well. I will not be coming back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. read more
