On the menu, I noticed it said with zucchini and mushrooms, but when my plate arrived, the shrimp was served on a bed of peppers and onions as most fajitas are. It also came with a generous plate of the usual additions, like refried beans, rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole. I wondered about the other vegetables, but I thought maybe I had read the menu wrong and let it go. Within a few moments, a third plate was brought out for my order and it was the sautéed mushroom and zucchini. Oh my gosh, those vegetables tasted so good! The red is a smoky dried chili salsa. They have changed the chip salsa to a tomato based salsa. It is delicious. I had a pastor sope. It was awesome. Beans, cheese, lettuce, onions, tomato and crema. The pastor was really good. Spicy and a little sweet. They were loading up the smoker for dinner while I was there. This place is definitely a great spot if you happen to be in Shelbyville.
