On the menu, I noticed it said with zucchini and mushrooms, but when my plate arrived, the shrimp was served on a bed of peppers and onions as most fajitas are. It also came with a generous plate of the usual additions, like refried beans, rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole. I wondered about the other vegetables, but I thought maybe I had read the menu wrong and let it go. Within a few moments, a third plate was brought out for my order and it was the sautéed mushroom and zucchini. Oh my gosh, those vegetables tasted so good! The pastor was really good. Spicy and a little sweet. They were loading up the smoker for dinner while I was there. This place is definitely a great spot if you happen to be in Shelbyville.
