They are very accommodating to your little ones , we brought our 8 month old for the first time and they had the highchair ready and offered to bring him a little plate if we wanted to share our food with him. The FOOD has always been amazing , my personal favorites are the fish tacos & ceviche ! The tacos are the closest to Baja , California Tacos I've ever gotten locally. Their super burritos area solid choice as well. The Micheladas are great too Music is always playing , every time we've come in the tables and restaurant look clean and the bathrooms are always tidy as well! We love this place !

Over the years, I've watched this place go through a few upgrades. One of the biggest changes is the menu that used to be painted on the wall is now displayed on digital display. It looks pretty cool, although I do miss the old painted menu because it was part of what I remembered about this place. But with prices changing over the years, I can definitely understand why going digital makes more sense than having to repaint the wall every time something changes. Prices have gone up over the years too, but that's understandable. One thing that hasn't changed is the service. The staff has always been nice, welcoming, and hospitable. I've never had any problems with the customer service here. This time I ordered a super burrito and two street tacos. Taco Jalisco has always had some of my favorite carne asada. The steak is flavorful and honestly some of the best carne asada I've had in a Mexican dish. The street tacos were simple and good. Carne Asada and chicken with , cilantro, onions, and their hot sauce on top. And I have to mention their hot sauce! It has been one of my favorite things about Taco Jalisco for years. It adds so much flavor without taking away from the food. The super burrito was good too, although it was on the smaller side compared to super burritos I've gotten at other places. Still, the flavor was there. The seasoned steak, rice, and house sauce all blend together really well. Their rice especially seems to soak up some of that sauce, and when you get everything together in one bite, it makes for a really flavorful burrito. After 20 years, Taco Jalisco is still one of my favorite places in Vallejo to grab a burrito and some tacos. I wouldn't necessarily call it the best anymore, especially with so many other good Mexican spots around Vallejo now, but it will always be one of my favorites and a place I'll continue coming back to.

I ordered a chicken tinga super burrito and a California burrito to take home. I was really excited to dig in, but when I opened the bag, the "super" burrito looked more like a regular burrito. The flavors were still great, but the filling was disappointing. There was barely any chicken or sour cream, and I had to eat more than halfway through before I finally got a decent balance of meat, rice, and beans. I even had to add my own sour cream because there was so little inside. As for the California burrito, it was just okay. The fries were stale, and there wasn't enough sour cream or guacamole, which made the burrito pretty dry. It honestly reminded me more of a breakfast burrito than a California burrito, and I wasn't a fan. Overall, the flavors are definitely there, and it's clear the food has potential. However, the portions felt skimpy for the price, making the burritos feel overpriced. I'll give Sol y Sazon another chance because I know they're capable of making delicious food, but if my next experience is like this one, they'll likely lose me as a customer.

I had known about this taco truck for years but never stopped until last year, and now I wish I had gone sooner. I ordered a super burrito and a few tacos. One thing I really like is that they actually list the length of their burritos on the menu. That's a nice touch because sometimes you order a "super burrito" somewhere else and end up with something small. Here, you know exactly what you're getting. Out of all the taco trucks in Vallejo, this is easily one of my top three burrito trucks. I try not to burn myself out eating at the same place too often, so I like switching between favorites, and this is definitely one I keep coming back to. I almost always get the steak burrito. One thing I really love is the pico de gallo they use. They use red onions, which gives it a nice touch, and every time I get it, I can really taste the cilantro in the pico de gallo throughout the burrito. The steak and chicken street tacos were also really good but the burrito is always my favorite! Parking is never an issue because they share a parking lot with an auto body shop during off-hours, so there's usually plenty of space. They also have cones to help guide cars entering and exiting the lot. When your food is ready, they call your order number over the microphone/intercom system, then ask if you want red or green sauce and chips. Overall, I've always had a great experience here. If you're in Vallejo and looking for a good taco truck, I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Their complimentary pickled onions, grilled onions, and carrots along with their homemade sauces really take the burritos and tacos to another level. They have added more seating so you can eat there fresh and hot. Parking is still tight with only a few spots nearby, but it is worth it for the food.

I told him that all grocery stores in the are, even overpriced Safeway charges far less for a quart; $ 1.98 and al their products are price labelled. He snapped back: "Then go buy it there!" Thanks! I will! I'm done with you! I know "El de 2 Oros "for over 15 years and it used to have price labels on products and fairly reasonable prices. Not anymore! Since the Covid hysteria --which they still practice by running around in masks-- They no longer label anything and their prices have gone through the roof. Carpe Diem, greed is good? Milk & bilk? I once got slapped with almost $ 30.- charge for a few apples and oranges! So a couple of years ago I suggested to the store manager to do at least a price range labeling as it would give buyers a fair chance and decision and not get sucker punched once the cashier rung all up and then having to wait for an refund/exchange process. Nah, to much work... I'm done with them! As a consumer, a client and I have the right to know the price of items before and not "after the fact" purchase!

They're located in American Canyon in the Lola's Market plaza, next to the pho restaurant. We arrived around 4 PM on a weekday, and there were only about three occupied tables. Although staff saw us come in, no one greeted us. After waiting a few minutes, I finally asked if we could sit anywhere. We were seated near the door and received menus shortly afterward. A gentleman came over to take our order and asked if we wanted water. We waited about 20 minutes, possibly longer, for our food. Unfortunately, our water never arrived, and our order came out incorrectly. We ordered six pupusas but only received four. Nobody explained which pupusas were which, so we ended up accidentally eating each other's food. As for the food itself, I wasn't impressed. The pupusas were much too soft and mushy for my taste. The beans were chunky, which is something I've never experienced before in a pupusa. Having eaten pupusas from countless places over the years, I know there are much better options out there. Overall, I won't be returning. The prices are high for what you receive, and the poor service made the experience even more disappointing. Eating out and supporting local businesses is already expensive, and when both the food and service fall short, it's hard to justify coming back.
