When you walk in you are greeted with a smile. It's nice and clean and lit perfectly. You can go for family meal or date night. The staff were so polite. We ordered a Tom Yum to drink. It has Vodka, lemongrass, Galangal, and a Chiki Pepper. It was yummy but I didn't taste the lemongrass and I was looking forward to that. To eat we ordered to Spring rolls and Crispy Pork belly for starters. They came out pupping hot. They were both so good. We should have ordered some to go. As an entree we ordered the crab fried rice which was so good, it needed just a little soy sauce. It came with real crab on top of the rice bone was stir fried in the rice. Also ordered the Khao Kha Mu, which is like a Sweet Pho style soup. The slow braised pork roast was good, nice and tender. It has Chinese broccoli. If you don't like sweet soup this one is not for you. I like Pho so I ate it I added some lime and that cut the sweetness some. Overall this was a good Lunch.

Saw this influencer on instagram who said they had crab fried rice. Ever since this place next to me closed I had been looking for a new spot and I think I've found it. We went on a Sunday around 2:00pm it was packed, but it is a big place. They have a full bar and there were so many options but I came for one thing! The crab fried rice. We started with the fried pork belly, and spring rolls. The door came out pipping hot! The pork belly was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I ordered my crab fried rice and it was delicious. My friend ordered the Khao Kha Mu, which is slow braised beef in a sweet Thai sauce served with a side of rice. She did mention she would prefer it with noodles, not sure if you can make that request. I tasted hers and it was so good! The pork was so tender and the sauce was delicious, a little sweet and after she added the lime it balanced out. I definitely want to go again and try something else, because there were so many good looking options.

My friends and I decided to try this place out for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived about 30 minutes after opening and it wasn't crowded at all. However, when we left it was very busy. We chose the Korean BBQ Springrolls as an appetizer. They were tasty, hot, and crunchy. For entrees we had the Chicken Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Duck Red Curry, and Khao Soi. The thicken from the pad thai was tender. There were huge chunks of crab meat in the fried rice. The duck skin was crispy even though it was sitting in the curry. And my Khao Soi was creamy with the right amount of spice. I was pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Thai restaurant with cute decor.

Everything was really delicious here. It was quite large inside with different decor in different areas which was cool, service decent and big portions of food that was really good. We only tried a couple entrees, the pad Thai and the orange chicken but we are looking forward to coming back and trying other dishes as well, like some of the appetizers. The orange chicken tastes so fresh, like freshly squeezed orange juice on it. It was a little expensive, about $25 per entree, but pretty worth it because the portions were really big. We shared these both and still had some leftover.

One of my favorite thai places, I travel 20 minutes to white oak for it. My go to dishes are the classic pad thai, panang, pad see ew, oob won sen (chef special) and khao soi (chef special). The service is always friendly and accommodating when we bring a large group. The ambiance itself is very relaxing and not loud.

Omg the space was decorated to perfection. Music was on point. Me and hubby love the food and the coconut cake was Soo delicious. I also had the crab fried rice, curry puff and the thai dumplings. Hunny had the pork pad thai.

Ate lunch here yesterday for the first time and it won't be my last. Had to try the Pad Thai with chicken. Was delicious and arrived at the table hot and right off the stove. Our server was attentive and overall it was a good experience.

This place is incredible! My mother in law took me and my husband here while she was visiting from Asheville. She said it was some of the best Thai food she's ever had, and from the knowledgeable servers to the amazing food, this spot is top notch. The booth seating is warm and inviting, with modern music playing to hum along to while you enjoy authentic Thai cuisine. When they indicate it's spicy, it is SPICY! My husband got a level 3 out of 10, and while incredibly flavorful, it was HOT. I opted for no spice for mine and it was still incredibly tasty. The drinks to appetizers, entrees, to dessert, this place is a 10/10. We will definitely be back.

I've dined here on several occasions so I feel I have a good sense of the menu now. This is one of the few Thai places that make pad see ew with Chinese broccoli (as it should be). The pad see ew and pad thai are both delicious and flavorful. The Thai iced tea is refreshing and sweet. The red curry chicken is a standout as well. The service has always been very attentive with constant drink refills. The portions are very substantial, we always have leftovers.

As always the food was delicious. Don't go if you're in a hurry but if you can sip on anything including just tea or coffee the wait is well worth it. The waitress was very nice and spoke Thai to my wife and Aunt who are from Thailand. Always brings a nice authentic experience for her since our options are limited here. The place was dim lit which personally I love but it's also why some pics aren't that great so sorry about that.

We've been back to Mia Bistro multiple times since it opened and it continues to impress! It's so conveniently located in the shopping center so you can stop by after you're done shopping or after catching a movie. It's always difficult to pick what to get from the menu each time because it all sounds so good. My favorite items continue to be the crab fried rice, som tum (papaya salad), and Thai custard dessert. We've also had their Pad Kee Mao and Lad Na (chef's special noodle dish in gravy) which have been so good. I love that they have Thai dishes on their menu that are hard to find at other restaurants, like the Thai custard and Lad Na. It tastes just like home. The ambiance is really nice and service has always been friendly. Mia Bistro is a great place to go for a delicious, slightly upscale lunch or dinner or to host a special event. Go check them out!

Absolutely delightful to enjoy Thai cuisine! It's been difficult to find authentic flavors since the closing of Thai House off Wake Forest Rd, which was my go to for this delicacy! Anyways, back to Mia Bistro...I can't wait to go again! Everything was delicious and reminded me of my time in Thailand which was one of my favorite international destinations I've vacationed at! The food came out in a timely manner, yet service was a bit slow for drink refills (but it was also busy with what appeared to be 3 waiters running the floor). Other than that, it was perfection! The ambiance was ok, just wished they played Thai music instead of pop which threw the vibes off for my psyche! I want to immerse myself in the WHOLE cultural experience when I visit restaurants!

Food: small menu which I do not have any problem with. When I go to Thai/lao restaurants, I always order papaya salad - which will tell me everything and what kind of food I can expect. Very simple taste- that doesn't mean bland. It captures sweet, savory and tang. Ordered green curry. Good flavor but almost bland - it can improve on the ingredients. Khao soi noodles again, taste good but missing something - All the dishes tried seems it was missing fish sauce flavor and more, which all dishes didn't seem to reflect traditional deep flavors. The chicken wings were pretty good. Wish the skin was crunchy and had a better batter. The hat yai dry rub was good, salty and sour but kind of reminded me more like tajin. My son really loved it. Service: yin and yang. One older lady who served our table was nice and attentive. The other supporting female staff there was unfriendly, almost seemed mad at the world. Slow service. Price: I don't know why NC charges so much for Asian food in general. I can't say it's outrageously expensive or reasonable price for the genre of this food. All in all, not a bad tasting food. It captured good flavor and has potential. I felt that the dishes are made afraid to show the real flavor traditional Thai flavor. May be good for entry -level food exploring.

My partner and I both enjoyed a mocktail version of the roselle freezy - it was amazing! Either as a mocktail or a cocktail, you should try this drink. For starters, we had the crispy chicken wings, spring rolls with veggies, and the lettuce wraps. We all enjoyed the chicken wings so much that we got a second order of them. I enjoyed the spring rolls much more than the lettuce wraps as they had more flavor to them. For dinner, we shared an order of the Manda Amphone's Curry and the chicken pad thai. I originally did not expect to be blown away by the pad thai - boy, was I wrong. This is hands down the best pad thai I have ever had. If you love pad thai, you need to try theirs. I also thoroughly enjoyed the curry. Both dishes were rich and flavorful and came with enough to share between 4 adults. Overall, not having been to Bida Manda in 10+ years, I was impressed and will definitely return.

Plump and juicy; the server had asked about my spice level (1/5) and I got a 2 which I think was also just right!
