Instead of just pointing me back to Uber, they went above and beyond to make it right. They honored my order, even threw in a free cheesesteak, and treated me like a valued customer the entire time. The food absolutely delivered. The cheesesteak was excellent, and the whoopie pie was one of the best I've had in a long time. As a New England transplant, I also really enjoyed chatting with the owner. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he serves.
