window tinting does not have a lifetime warranty no matter what they tell you. I got my car tinted and one of the tints has a bubble and I've called three time for them to fix is, they say yes over the phone then once I come in they're "too busy". Today I called while in the parking lot to ask them to fix it they said yes they have time to do it, and I walked in 30 seconds after the call and of course the same excuse "we're busy come back another day". Would not recommend this place to anyone, extremely unprofessional. read more

I wouldn't go there unless you plan to spend a lot of money or buy their own stuff. I called the day before explaining that I have a Mazda with a Bose factory system and my Eonon head unit is not powering anymore needing to be replaced by a new one I already bought from the manufacturer. It was said that no appt was necessary and that I could bring the car the next day in the morning and I did it. To my surprise, someone other than the person who answered on the phone called the guy over the phone and then informed me that they understood it wrong and that they don't do that kind of service there... I totally understand that they have the right to refuse to do any type of service they feel is not right, not profitable or whatever reason they might have but when you accept a service it must be done. I lost my time and drive for a very strange reason (they are an install shop or not...? moreover that we didn't even discussed the price yet). I can only deprehend that the service was very small and profit won't be up to their standards (there were a bunch of hot cars parked outside). Guys, you can accept or refuse any service but it would be better to have the standards set up in your webpage or, at least, given to who calls over the phone. After going to Jose for business and personal vehicles for years and sending many friends and family there for tinting, stereos, rims and tires you would think that he would always treat us like VIP customers. One day our business vehicle needed a stereo and another business gave us a much better deal due to a holiday special. I went to these guys not more than 6 months ago to install the headlights in my bmw. Not only will they charge you an eye and a half, they'll also do an unprofessional and primitive job. At first the car had an electric buzzing sound coming from the lights, I called to ask them and their response was that it was normal. When I ran a system scan of the vehicle, it showed the lights are all short circuited and faulty. Half the lights don't even turn on anymore. read more

Honestly I felt dismissed by them just for the simple fact I was a woman. I've gone for tints on numerous occasions and never felt the way. This time I try to go in for a simple installment and have been turned away three times. First they tell me to come back the next day at 5pm cause 6pm was too late; Second time they tell me an installer quit and couldn't do it to go back the next day (Saturday) and to be there by 9am (opening time); I show up at 8:55am and tell me they can't do it because it was too late and had too many cars in front. Mind you I was willing to drop it off and pick it up at the end of the day. The way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and with no regard. I ran over something yesterday that blew the side wall of my tire out and needed a replacement. It was difficult to find a shop that carried the Pirelli tire i needed (245/30 22). Just about all of them told me it had to be ordered or asked for a ridiculous price. I called this place and was serviced by Johnathan. He was very professional over the phone, returned my phone call when he said he would and got me THE very best price, better than ebay! When I showed up for the tire to be replaced the shop was busy but they got to my car immediately. I was out in less than 30 min.
