I've been sitting here for 40 minutes and no one came to finish wiping down the car. They are really understaffed and yet continues to take in cars through their drive lane. I realize the times are hard to find employees but at least management should communicate to the waiting customers what is going on... Terrible service, takes too damn long, very poor communication. Paid almost $220 for the interior "detail" package just for dust and grease to still be found inside the car not only was the detail pricey the car wasn't ready until 2 hours after the time we were told it was going to be ready. I understand that it's very busy auto spa but when you're paying for an expensive detail package you'd expect detailed results. Never coming here again and definitely going to look into small business detail companies instead that deserve the time and money more. Thank you for a rip-off. read more

Wanted to love this place. Staff was so friendly. I got the Platinum wash and I can't say for that price, did I leave satisfied. My car was in a shaded area, so I couldn't really see how bad my windows were. As I was driving, I can see only half of my window was wiped and then noticed the entire passenger side was not wiped. The people who wrapped my new car recommended this car wash. They use NO machines to wash the car. An automated sprayer applies water and soap foam after the vacuum, but the car is washed by hand only. When you want a personal touch and a clean car washed quickly, this is the place. This is the only car wash I use if I'm not washing my car myself. They have become very efficient and detailed. Just pull up they know what I want and I just relax in the lounge or outside while they do there thing. And when they are finished I know all is ok. If not I just let them know and they correct it. First and foremost, Steve and Vince are two very standup dudes. I have been coming to Miamis for a few years now. This is honestly the best place to bring your car if you care about the well being of your paint. I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y, and I truly mean it when I say this is the only place I would ever trust bringing my car. On Saturday, I brought my car in first thing in the morning and after they were done washing it, one of the employees there needed to move the vehicle out of the way. Unfortunately, in the process of doing this, the gentleman made an error and damaged one of the wheels. I watched the whole thing unfold and couldn't believe what had just happened. Immediately, and I really mean immediately, Vince rushed over. He took a look at the wheel and absolutely empathized with me. He knew how upset I was. From the very start of the conversation, he absolutely reassured me that they would take care of the damage. Later that evening, I spoke with the owner Steve. He also was extremely apologetic and again reassured me all would be taken care of. Today, I met up with him to discuss details of the process moving forward, and I must say, I was extremely impressed by his professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and that he made right by me. If there were more people like this, the world would be a much better place. I have never ever had a negative experience on a visit here. I will continue bringing my business to them. They truly deserve it. All looked OK upon pickup but now that I'm washing my car (myself) for the first time after two weeks of this service, I've noticed all the light scuffs I had pointed out were NOT taken out. Definitely not worth the $500+ cost. The other cheaper "express" detail packages are better worth the money. I've had their other detail packages and they all seem to be of same quality no matter the cost/level. I had also dropped my car off on a Wednesday at 10:30am only for me to call them to get an update at 6:30pm. They were still working on it at pickup. Seemed like my car just sat there all afternoon until they were closing and appeared rushed. Never again. Their non-detail wash packages are worth it though. read more

Just had my car washed here today. After they called me to the car when it was "cleaned", l noticed the chrome wheels were not even wiped down as to remove the water spots. I admit car is older but nonetheless the outside area of chrome wheels can be cleaned and water spots removed. I brought this to the attention of the attendant and he did not want to wipes wheels cleaned. He said it needed a detail. I paid extra to have car and wheels detailed. I told him if he took his cloth he could remove the watermarks. Spoke to the owner who also didn't try to make things right over something so simple. I came home and used window spray cleaner and did it myself. I will never recommend this not so clean car wash to anyone!!! read more

Firstly, it takes A LOT for me to write any review, too busy in general BUT...I had the most horrific experience at what used to be my favorite spot. Notwithstanding the HORRIBLE job they did cleaning the car, leaving the floor mats dirty, not wiping the interior thoroughly , not cleaning the tires well and generally a shitty job for $50.00 Platinum w added wax. They somehow, with a dirty rag containing something abrasive, SCRATCHED THE F outta my black S Class Tesla. When I pointed it out to Pete they gave the most ridiculous rebuttal " Something must have hit your car on the road. RIGHT!!! Brand new circular and straight scratches ALL OVER the back end, quarter panel and door. FRESH scratches that were clearly just made. AND, Don't you idiots think that someone who owns this type of vehicle knows when it gets scratched??? See photos.. I need to hear from the owner or you you'll here from my attorney cos it needs a new paint job. Something I will fight for considering the amount and the overall lack of giving a shit when pointed out. read more

I took my father's car in to be cleaned and also detailed on the inside as a Father's Day surprise for him. The outside was covered with cobwebs since he hadn't driven it since the "Safer at Home" policy started in March. On top of that my father eats in the car and tends to be quite messy so it was pretty crumby inside. I apologized to the staff member and he said they don't judge. I showed him the 15% off Yelp coupon and he told me that it only applies to the actual exterior wash but because this was a gift for Father's Day he was super kind to give me 15% off the total cost of the detailing which was about $70. It took over an hour but I can say the staff did a really fine job (and were wearing masks). When I came to claim my car and show my ticket I asked about car air freshener. I guess the woman at the register forgot to ask me about it. A wonderful staff employee named Sergio told me not to worry about it and he ran and got me some air freshener packets to put under the carpets. He was just so helpful and friendly and generous. A big shout out to Sergio and his staff for providing such friendly, non-judgmental service. I am very pleased and will definitely come back again. Thank you! read more

My first and last time here honestly i went here because it was on my way back home but never again. I paid the platinum for them to leave my car like that. I expected a more decent job. They didn't even clean the rims. The guy he said if i liked how he left the car to ask for him again his name is Daniel. Im sure he wasnt the only one working on it. I usually go to Miamis Detail here in pedro (18th&gaffey) and I'm definitely sticking to them. They've never left my car looking like this. I don't typically leave reviews, but I was so disappointed with my wash and service. I got a gift card for Christmas and decided to use it today since it's been a minute since my last wash. I got the platinum wash and was so excited to get into my super clean car, but that was not the case. I first noticed there was still watermarks and smudges on the windows, and when I called someone over to fix that, they seemed confused. Once I got back out of my car, I also noticed that my rims still had dirt on them, so I asked the man to fix that as well. He looked at me and said that it wasn't able to come off, then proceeded to wipe the rim, and of course, the dirt wiped off. He looked back and asked if everything was all good and I pointed at my other tires (because obviously, if one tire still has dirt, they all do). He only wiped the drivers side rims, which STILL have dirt on them. Will not be returning - I'll be sticking to my at home car washes. If I'm waiting an hour for my car to be cleaned, I expect a spotless car when I get it back. read more

I am a real car guy. I collect muscle cars and take great pride in keeping them in tip top shape so they always look and drive like new. I've been going to Miami's for many years and I can't say enough about the people there and the wonderful job they do to take care of me and my cars. Even though it usually takes between 45 minutes and an hour it's always well worth the wait. And btw their pricing is very competitive. I have nothing but praise for them! read more

Finally got a chance to meet the famous white guy people talk about and that's Vince the manager. Pointed out that my vehicle was not properly washed and had a lot a spots and grease as he calls it left and all I wanted was a simple wipe down and he said I drove over the LA Tarr Pits and I told him I understood nothing is perfect and claims he didn't like my attitude so his way to resolve this was to give me a refund and never come back to get my car washed at his car wash again, when I told him I never said anything about that he got even more upset and claimed that was the only solution , for us to part ways and never come back, what poor management on his part the Hispanic got that moves the cars did 10times. Better then the manager in trying to get this matter resolved but I guess he's too good to grab a rag and do a simple wipe down , which I did my self in front of his face and that pissed him off even more and said good luck and have a good day so sarcastically, to bad the owner does not read all these bad reviews and puts some one in charge that truly cares about the work that comes out that car wash like the young lady does that's there when he isn't. I came the other day to bring my Lexus I just bought and I ordered the platinum but it took FOREVER there was one person vacuuming while the lady I had gave a 5 dollar tip to was just standing on her phone in the corner while there was clearly a lot of cars left to finish it was very unprofessional if the girl could've done what I gave her the tip for I think they would have moved a lot faster won't be coming again this business is not what it used to be the place is ran down a old sign that is falling apart walls that clearly need to be pressure washed disgusting bathrooms and just a poorly ran business there shouldn't be one person washing LADY or not if there's extra hands why not use them? Ruined my new F150. I have used this car wash many times over the years and up till now they had done a pretty good job. I will not be going here ever again. They're mitts on this last wash must've been totally filthy as they put deep swirls in the paint work. I had to hire a professional detailer to come up to my house to correct the paint. He was able to remove around 70% of the swirls with a one step process and get it to pop again but it's not quite as creamy as before. They even scratched the screen in the interior. Sad. read more

If I can give a zero star I would. This place is "full service" and for some reason the manager wanted me to wait in the car for "5-10" to pull it up two spots. Unfortunately, one car took 10 min and there was still two cars I had to wait for, As I proceed to talk to Andrew or Vince the "manager" he right away is hostile and doesn't want to hear what I have to say. After I asked if there was a policy in place or is there a liability issue he continues to escalate the situation and tells me he's not washing my car. At that point I'm upset because I hadn't raised my voice, I was speaking cordially the entire time. He asks me to pull my car out and he'll give me my refund, I told him I'd wait for my refund. Then he escalates a step further and tells his cashier to call Torrance pd (not necessary there are actual emergencies happening) asks his worker to move my car out of property which is more than 2 spots but coincidentally couldn't move my car up two spots. (The irony). Conclusively this establishment does not care for their customers and are just there to make a quick buck. The other one stars speak for this place in volumes. DO NOT COME HERE !!!! I usually leave all my personal items in the car whenever I leave it here. Guess what? When I pick up the car, all my items are still there. That tells you a lot about a business. Car wash date: 7/24/22 Local car wash, been there few times, however I do not believe I will be visiting any time soon. I arrived and the Male Manager with no personality, welcomed me almost with a body language that he wants to fight you. I ignored that. I walked in to the cashier, pleasant, inviting smile, absolutely lovely. I asked her about the $2 "oversize charge" and she explained with a great sense of pride in what she does. I accepted the $2, understanding the rising cost of everything, including trying to offset high labor cost. Upon collecting my keys, Exterior looks phenomenal and clean, however I had to ask the attendant to return, the console appears to not have been cleaned, obvious stains, dust and debris all over the console. The same manager came, appears to be instructing his team to leave my vehicle. I informed him of my concerns and he could care less, the manager had the audacity to advise me that the cleaning is basic and just includes dusting. I simply ended the conversation and left. It is unfortunate as this location is quite local, however I have experienced the same Manager arguing with another customer. His behavior, mannerism is why I am not returning back. WOW best car wash everrrrerrrr. So I honestly have been coming here since I was 16. I remember they just opened and I just got my license and car. AHHA believe it or not back then I think the prices were more expensive cause they used to take out your carpets and scrub it or something. Anyways Prices went down. The platinum car wash is $25.99 which is honestly a steal. A STEAL. I was in San Jose for work for a couple months and their car wash prices are insane. its like 60-100 for the same quality wash. Sooo I suggest you guys just get the platinum. It comes with all the bells and whistles. Also make sure you guys add all your cars under the same account to accumulate the points.
