Left my car to get wash because I had spill soup on it. I asked to get a special wash but they said it would take 3 hours. I mentioned I just needed to get the soup clean and they said with the basic it was okay. I got back and the soup was not clean. My car was basically cleaned in the outside not inside. I wouldn't have mind paying as long as my car was clean. When I went to mention the situation to the lady that took my car and the cleaning guy. They were super defensive. I've been coming to Miami's since I'm was 18 years old and it was in San Pedro, CA. I'm not 43 years old and I still come here. The owners may have changed over time but the brand had only gotten better. After joining the military and being away for years at a time, living all over the world, they are still top notch. They treat everyone like they are VIP.... including military and veterans, they offer a great product that is worth what you pay and quality of service is 2nd to none. First experience bringing my black on black range was horrific. My car as I mentioned is black on the inside so it's easy to tell if the doors on the inside were not touched. The car sat in the sun for 30 min until someone started on it. Literally dried on its own in the sun. Additionally, 2 cars that came after me were started on before mine and left before me. Then the person rushed on my car and didn't wipe any of the doors inside down. Literally didn't touch the doors at all. The manager Pete tried to use my words against me when I complained, calling me "difficult" and all he cared about was having me pay for a more pricey package. I had to tell the associate to open all doors back up again and wipe them all down. After he actually cleaned them like he should have, the car looked great. I had to tell him though...it was like pulling teeth circling my car and opening the door one by one. He didn't even feel bad or have any sense of urgency to check the other doors on his own. Then asked the manager for a free car wash next time in which case he called the "owner" and then came back and told me he will refund the wash and that they would like for me not come back again. This is after a disgruntled customer complained...this is how they treat a customer that had a decent issue with their poor service specific to the long wait time, and their "light" / non-existent dusting of the inside. I literally left after 1 HOUR. Waste of time. I highly recommend that no one comes to this car wash. Horrid customer service by Pete. Just horrid. You need serious customer service training. Have been wanting to try this place out for a long time so i finally caved. I got the Diamond wash which was $20 and it took an hour. 1 hour just to vaccum the inside, drive it through the wash, then dry it. The reason it took so long is because nobody dried my car for the longest time so they had to RE-DRIVE IT THROUGH THE WASH. So annoying. Since they did this, the car BEHIND mine in line was done BEFORE mine because someone actually dried it when it came out of the wash and didn't need a second wash. On top of that, i drove my car away with water spots on it. Water spots on the windshield, windows, and water still dripping from my mirror. It sucks because i watched a worker clean someone's truck and that guy put so much work and effort into the car. So the quality of the dry depends on which worker you get (it shouldn't be that way). Overall, good prices but not worth it. $20 car wash that took 1 hour and my car still came out with water spots. Like i said, not worth it. There is a bench on some grass you can sit on and wait for your car. They do some detailing and intense wax jobs but for those i highly recommend leaving your car there for the day. There is a nice air conditioned inside waiting room. If you check in with Yelp, you will get a coupon for your next wash. Still probably won't go back lol. read more

They do hand wash your cash and they do have a lot options for you depending on what kind of clean and detailing you need - from just car wash, vacuum and wipe down, to complete detailing of interior and exterior. They do wipe down your vehicle manually by hand with microfibre towel. I've been going here for the last six years. They used to be Amazing...now they are the Worst. I Loved this car wash when the old owners ran it. I had both my parents cars, my car and my Motorcycle detailed here for about $200 each. When I got them back they All looked like New. I took my SUV there for washes and from the time I drove into the lot I was greeted courteously until I pulled out with my car Shiney and clean inside and out. Since the new owners took over Everything has changed... The prices are Higher and the service, wash and the guys that finish the cars at the end is Very Very Poor...Your paying alot more for alot less. There used to be a long line no matter what time of the day.. but it was worth it!!!! Now there's no line!!!!! Really needs good management and more employees took them more than an hour to do a simple car wash the line was starting from the street and with peak times like that there's only one person keep on walking to the cars and going back to the computer to enter the type of was you want in this crazy heat we as customers sitting inside the car just waiting in line then waiting inside the shop for 35 minutes again I got curious and saw outside the window the car was ready finally and they didn't even called me that's not nice please expedite and be prompt once the car is ready atleast call your guest out right away and let them be on the way also when it's busy like this they did a poor job cleaning my car left with all spots on the paint I dont know what to say I live close by that is why I came here. read more

It's been weeks since I had my car washed here for the first time. I've been trying various places In the area... This place is no different from a gas station car wash. The dude that takes your wash request is super nice and attentive. "I'll take care of you" was often said. He even came over after the wash when I kept pointing out the spots missed by the final cleaner, Francisco I think.. I honestly shouldn't have to point things out. I went when it just opened and it wasn't busy. It was overcast and cool. No excuse for below average work. It was even more disappointing when you discover things in different lighting and angles within the first 3days and continue to find spots they missed on the Exterior and Interior. Just sucks after you tip someone well. Ok, maybe there's an argument to not upgrading to the right package. That's not it. It's things like, a missed scrubbing the area on the lower half of a fender to a light drink spill spots on seats that can be easily removed with a simple damp cloth. And if it was noticed, they should tell you whats covered and whats not during the cleaning. I'm not asking for a detail wash either... I don't think they have the eye to spots such things. That's why I say it's no different then any other average car wash around town. I'll keep looking elsewhere. Btw, I didn't put photos up because I didn't document them soon enough. Absolutely will not be coming back. My car wash took over an hour without any warning and it was still dirty. Fingerprints all over the windows and dog hair everywhere which I specified I wanted cleaned. I've never had a car wash take over 30 mins. Not sure what this place's deal is but don't some if you don't want to spend a decent amount of time in their waiting room filled with junk food to end up with a dirty car don't come here. read more

This is typically my go to car wash. The past few times they have forgotten to vacuum my trunk. Last time I had to remind them and then it was vacuumed. It has been awhile since I have taken my car and yet again they are still not vacuuming the back. They also did not wipe the inside of the car as there were hairs just laying right on top. The more I go the less I like the place which is sad. The employees are really nice and it looks efficient but I think there needs to be more attention to detail. The plus is there's a place to bring your computer to get work done. So that's nice! I purposely don't wear earphones so I can hear my car be called but today I heard every other car but mine. It was finally over an hour so I had to go ask if my car was ready. I then was told my car was called? I had listened to every car and my car was not called. Unsatisfied this visit. I haven't been here since they changed owners, but after my visit today I won't be going back. I picked the $23.99 car wash and they charged an extra $2 for oversized vehicle...it's a Ford Escape but ok. However, the quality of service provided did not justify charging $25.99. My windows were not cleaned properly on the inside, rear view mirror and visor mirrors weren't cleaned, the lift gate area wasn't cleaned at all: there were pine needles and debris that were left there, the center console wasn't wiped and still had fingerprints on it and my rims were only half cleaned. I had to finish cleaning my vehicle after I got home! This used to be my favorite carwash because they had fair prices and provided great service and attention to detail. I would be more understanding if there was one area missed...but the number of areas missed and/or not cleaned thoroughly was just too high to justify charging that amount. And they weren't even busy. read more

I don't let people talk to me like so does, I think the owner should FIRED this B**** why you ask me, is because I used my YELP check in to save 10% and that is why. If you don't want to honor your YELP discount, then get rid of it. Excellent car wash! I think they implemented a system where a 2nd employee will look over your car to make sure it was cleaned just perfectly by the 1st employee. No water drips coming out of the crevasses like you usually get when you drive off from a car wash. And I just had my car detailed by then a couple of weeks ago. And they did a great job! Biggest mistake deciding to take my car here! They used to be really good, but like other reviews you'll read, it's not the same kind of place. Decided to take my new car here (just a few smudges and dirt here and there). When I got the car back, the first thing I noticed was water spots, lots of them, which tells me their guys did a horrible job wiping it down dry. Next thing I noticed was hundreds of tiny shiny little beads all over the car!! Not sure if it's the cheap soap they use or wax or something. I didn't notice it during the day because of the sunlight masks it, but at night it likes a glaze of hundreds of stars all freaking over the car's windows. If you don't care about your car's condition and just want a wash, this place might meet your needs, but then again, you might as well just throw a bucket of water at your car and save your money. Severely understaffed, team seemed confused and after voicing a concern was told they misjudged and didn't expect it to be busy!! REALLY?? After all this rain and sending out marketing promotions why wouldn't they anticipate it to be busy. Asked for a specific spot to be addressed and it wasn't!! New ownership take note - you also have a sign posted about your service "promises" citing delivery in 40 minutes and there are numerous grammatical errors on the sign. The guys cleaning the car don't pay attention to details. So many little dirt spots were not wiped down on the outside of my car. When I brought it to their attention he took his cloth and hastily wiped over it and still the spot remained. I went myself and took a cloth and with a few rubs it came out. Don't half a$$ the job. Went there today and found out that there's is new management. The service is friendly, they added &1 dollar up front for the size of my car. I was kind of disappointed that I've lost my accumulated points with the previous owner to get a free car wash. The price is too high for the job. I didn't realize a Lexus RX 350 warrants an oversized charge for a wash. This place never charged an additional fee before. Another customer had a Mazda CX5 and charged her the additional fee for "oversized" . I wouldn't be complaining if the hand wash and wipe down was above and beyond but even that lacked the exceptional service this place used to provide. I'll take my business somewhere else. read more
