Ever since the change of ownership, the quality has gone down. For years, I have had them clean the inner portion of my 26" wheels because the brake dust is so visible. No issues at all. Now, the new guy says they can't do that anymore, because putting their hands inside the wheel was AN OSHA VIOLATION. He stated because they could get their hand caught in the wheel. So I was very hesitant to come back because they've been having bad reviews. I started to come here when I got my new car back in 2013. The quality of the wash was really good. $16 for exterior hand wash and interior?! get out.... they made my car so clean. The only downside was waiting for the car to be cleaned, but I didn't mind waiting an hour since they always did such a great job. Even when there were a lot of cars in front of me, to the point where my car would be waiting in the middle of the street, it wouldn't take long. So I started to get monthly washes here until I literally didn't have time to stop by. Then I switched to green street auto spa since it was closer to my work and there were never any lines there. But my shark fin antenna cover cracked off so I can only go to full hand car washes or wash my car by myself. So I decided to come back even though I was hesitant because of the reviews. But most people complain about the time.... like obviously it's gonna take a while to get your car washed. if you expect your car was to be 5 min, just go to the shell car wash... lol. but seriously this place is def understaffed. management, hire some new employees! do you know why it's taking your employees so long? do you understand why you're getting such bad reviews? YOU'RE UNDERSTAFFED. seriously. back in 2013, there'd be -1 guy giving out the receipts/tickets and handling the cars -2-4 guys vacuuming -2-4 guys washing the cars -~5 guys drying the cars -~5 guys in the detailing area Now, there's the same 2 guys washing, vacuuming, handling the cars, and giving out the receipts and tickets. That's why it takes so long for your car to get washed! those two guys have so much work to do! why are they doing so much work? And there's only 3 guys drying down the cars. Of course your employees are going to rush to get the car they're cleaning done so they can get another car done asap. Now I wonder why you're getting such bad reviews...... I got to the end of the line at 2:30. My car didn't get to the actual car wash until 3:10. There were 3 cars ahead of me in my line and 5 cars in the next row. So I had 8 cars ahead of me.... The quality of the was is ok. They missed a spot on my side mirror and didn't clean the bottom half of my front window. They also didn't wipe down the interior properly and still had dust on some stuff.... I don't mind cleaning it myself. but I do believe that if they were properly staffed, they wouldn't have been rushed to clean my car. read more

Got my new car washed for the first time today. This place is just up the street from my office so i decided to give it a go since it looks nice. I decided to go with a wash that was $18.99. I decided to sit outside since it was nice out and the waiting area is a bit dark. I was able to see the drivers side from where i sat. Watching them open my doors made me so uncomfortable as the guy would tug so hard at my Tesla's door handles. After the car was done i didn't think to look on the other side. Boy did i mess up. I drove to pick up food just a couple blocks. I didn't notice til it was time to get back in and i approached from the passenger side that the car was filthy. I had to drive to the auto parts store to pick up products to clean it myself. $30 more later and elbow grease I'm finally done. Trust me and Skip this place. read more

We made that mistake and paid for it. We brought our carwash fundraiser voucher to the carwash and we were given a long drawn out story about the carwashes bad business deal with who they had coordinated a fundraiser with. Needless to say, as a result of their bad business dealing, anyone who bought a carwash fundraiser voucher ended up losing out. Yup they put it on the customer. I would have thought as a good business practice the carwash owner would honor the carwash considering it was they who made the bad deal with the fundraising organization, instead of offsetting onto the potential future paying customer. Can't believe my car can look so clean. Took my car in for a Miami Auto Spa detail which runs at $195 since for 3 years, I never took care of it, and figured that it was time. Greeted by the dude and told him what I wanted, then I waited at the "waiting area" until my friend picked me up since it will take around 4-6 hours for the whole car to be cleaned. Returned an hour before they closed and I couldn't even recognized my car, especially the inside. The guy responsible for my car definitely did a good job. All the nooks and cranny completely cleaned, carpets spotless, and the leather looked like it was brand new. Did such an amazing job that I felt like I should've tipped the guy more. It didn't have that odd Amour All smell either that you get at some other car washes when they do a quick detail so that was good. Oh when I went also there was a 10% off detail for everybody, which was a nice surprise since it was around $170ish for the whole service. I've been going to this car wash for a few years now. This place is usually busy and you'll have to wait an hour or you can get lucky and wait for about 20 minutes with a short line ahead of you. When getting my car washed, I go for the exterior wash. They do a great job in making the dirtiest cars clean again. Typically many cars that are coated in dirt come out shiny. However a few things that I missed seeing this company do. Shining your tires gave the car a brand new look and now it's just the outside of the tires that are shined. Also, I notice parts of the car have specks of dirt that were missed or not washed hard enough. I just got a car a month ago and it was time for its first wash. Being its first month out of the agency it shouldn't have been such a hard thing to do but this place made it look that way. First I told the lady taking the cars in this was my first time going there. She looked at my car inside and out and recommended the "Supreme" which was the very first on the top of the list...$49.99. BUT it had $10.00 off. Great! I went inside to pay and no discount was given to me. I paid and went to their lobby to wait. I didn't feel what I was charged was correct and went back inside and asked why: it depends on the car size...a Toyota Highlander (close to a bus, I guess). The car was washed and I went on with my chores. When I went back home I noticed the mats on the back were not replaced in the way they were before. No biggie, I can do that. Then I noticed the mats were not even cleaned at all. I went back that afternoon and asked for a manager. I asked if this was the way it was supposed to be and he apologized and said they would take care of it. They offered to do it right there and then but I didn't have time and asked if I could take it the next day and they accepted. I mentioned to the manager also specks of some type of gunk on windshields, windows and body and I was told it could have happened after I left. I told him they were there before they washed it. He said they'll take care of that too. It felt as if they would take care of that as a favor and not as something it was supposed to be done from the very beginning. Driving the car I noticed the back window smeared as well as the passenger side mirror. I took the car the next day expecting maybe a courtesy "re-wash". No luck! They cleaned the mats and that was it. While they were doing this I saw the girl that sold me the supreme wash with the discount and told me the fee for a bigger car shouldn't have been more than $2.00 and offered me a $20.00 discount on the next car wash. Are usually go to the quick wash and vacuum myself. But at least once or twice a month treat myself. The price is reasonable compared to some other lesser quality carwashes I have tried. This is a true hand carwash not a machine. Excellent quality. I've never had a issue but I did witness a customer that was unhappy and the owner was on it fixed the problem immediately . I've been bringing my cars here for a number of years and have been satisfied with exception of the long wait. With the new owners, this has changed. First, prices have increased as have the services provided. For example, if you want your tires dressed, you must also pay for one of those car fresheners that hang from the rear view mirror, a waste of money, but I can't opt out for a refund. When my car was finished, I found the passenger's side hood and fender still had dried mud on it. They proceeded to clean it with glass spray--really? The cup holders weren't cleaned and the 'iPad' console wasn't wiped to remove dust. The last wash left some plant pieces stuck to the hood and the windows weren't properly cleaned as I could see streaks from the windshield wipers caused during the last rain. My friend's car had streaks on the door panels and the interior doors were not wiped down. This is unacceptable. It's time to look for another car wash that will provide the service I've paid for. read more

Everybody there is always very nice and the business itself is very clean and pleasant. Unfortunately the last two times I've been, I was pretty disappointed. My most previous visit was especially disappointing. I understand that the car seat is not actually part of the car but it would take literally two seconds to vacuum it out and it was left untouched; filled with toddler crumbs. It didn't seem that my doors or dash were cleaned very well. Also, the seats and carpets were barely vacuumed. I'm mostly disappointed that this cost $20 plus a $5 tip that I gave before I realized all that was left in my car. I think that they should try to add more employees on the weekends. I was a regular at Miami's for years and to be honest, I kind of avoided it after they changed ownership and after seeing all the negative reviews. I took my very dirty car a couple days ago around 5:30pm. The person that greeted me was very nice and helpful with choosing a package. I used to get the CEO which is now called the Platinum Plus. The Platinum Plus is $39.99 whereas the former CEO car wash was $32.95. A $7 price increase? There's real sticker shock with that. Spending $40 on a car wash, albeit a high end car wash, is pretty ridiculous to be honest but they do have cheaper packages if you want. With that being said, the car wash was spectacular. I would even say the quality is even better with the new owner while taking about half the time. Taking over a business is hard and there's a learning curve especially for customers who are so used to things being done a particular way. I think the complaints about quality in other reviews were kinks that needed to be worked out and I can tell you, they've been worked out. One last thing I liked was that the new owner kept a lot of the old employees instead of laying everybody off. The amazing desk ladies are still there and I saw a lot of familiar faces. I got there first thing when they opened an granted they did a decent job on the outside the inside of my vehicle was done horribly. They didn't even vacuum the whole floor an the inside dash an steering wheel was just covered in some sort of greasy film. If you bring your car here make sure you have at least an hour and half to get your car washed. They are the slowest careash i have ever. A part of the problem is they don't have you stay in your car until you are at the front of the line. So instead of cars moving forward quickly because there is a driver in it, they move slowly because someone from the carwash has to get in each car to move it forward. I don't wash my car as often as i should so i typucally like to get it waxed also. You can't do that here. They have types of packages.
