Lovepreet Goraya was fantastic and repaired our AC by replacing the outdoor capacitor to the ac fan unit. We were blowing hot air so make sure you turn your AC off and the attic fan to on to ventilate the attic or it gets hotter upstsirs. He also washed off the out side AC filters with his hose and velocity hand spray to vent out the dirt to help the unit breathe and perform to standards. Eveything measured perfectly. I had a disastrous experience with this company. The plumbers they sent had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. He cut my kitchen ceilings all up just to find the drip and I heard from other contractors that it is absolutely unnecessary. His price was very expensive as well. To replace the ceiling costs more than the plumbing job itself. Moreover, after I stopped his work and sent him away, this company had the guts to call me for hvac and dry wall work, which caused me to suspect the motivation for him to cut large area. Everyone needs to put food on the table and if they are incentivized to sell you a new system that's what they will do. Used this same company twice this month. Our HVAC's blower went out during the hottest days and week of the summer, and Mike was assigned as our tech and came out after hours on the same day to diagnose and troubleshoot it. Once the parts came in, he came back out to repair. While our 15 year old system was already on its last legs, Mike took it as a personal challenge to fix it with and with every tool and part at his disposal. Cannot express enough appreciation for his efforts to repair our attic system when it was over 110 degrees in the attic and the hours he spent up there. Furnace broken, would not light,. Technician had it working in under an hour. He had all the tools and parts on his truck.

Tech was on time and even called ahead. Very helpful but unfortunately wasn't able to fix my issue. Not the tech fault, the company will not install a customer provided furnace humidifier. I was quoted $1100.00ish for the same model and installed that I had which broke two days before. Retail price is around $350.00 which means install price is around $750.00. That is the price for a customer with the gold plan. Keep in mind the hole was already cut into the furnace and the water line was already installed, so not sure why it was so expensive. I have been very happy with the company so far but sometimes I just don't understand their cost structure. read more
