Ryan is an excellent receptionist! She always gives a beautiful smile. She offers people water customers or workers (there's air conditioning people at the time when I came). She was able to squeeze me in the same day and the soonest appt. That only shows how much she wants their salon to do well and their artists to have clients that day. She keeps on checking on customers and I love to see her doing other things other than being a receptionist. Michael Anthony is so blessed to have you. Amy my stylist is very knowledgeable with her craft. (She being Very health conscious is my added plus for me) we had great conversations the entire time. And Asking me what I want with my hair that's important that our stylist listens to what we want & they put their expertise to it. For the longest time I know there's something wrong with how my hair was layered but i can't pin point it and Amy was able to and fixed it. Only thing is She makes sure I get all my money's worth and she's very meticulous that our 1 hour planned hair appt became 2.5 hours. Which is still positive. This place is very pleasant, the vibe and atmosphere is really nice. The stylists in general are welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, The stylist that worked on my hair was in a hurry and she was a little rough, I had to tell her that i was feeling pain.. she apologized admitting she needed to finish early because she had other customers and a dinner to attend to. At the end, she also mentioned that she should've left the bleach a little longer and if it was ok to only dry my hair with the hairdryer. I felt rushed and I was not satisfied with her job at the end of the day. I want to go back to get my maintenance toner but I will definitely try a new stylist. read more

Some things I loved: they offered water when I got there, they have wall dividers so that not everybody is just in a row getting a haircut, and Bianca. She cut my hair and paid so much attention to details on how I wanted my hair. It came out exactly how I wanted, which is hard to get since I went from long to short.
