They allowed us to brush our teeth there with complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. They explained the whitening process beforehand, as it was both of our first times. They give you a bell to ring in case you have sensitivity, and they have gel in between sessions in case helpful. It's 4 rounds for 15 minutes. It went extremely smoothly, and was very peaceful. Both the ladies were extremely kind throughout the entire process. Our teeth are MUCH whiter, and we are super pleased with the results. They offered a special pricing deal for new patients. I highly recommend them. There's a parking lot for free parking. It's a large office and very clean. Highly recommend!!

I even got my braces here because the main guy said we he was going to give a good price. Anyways, the front desk lady is something else as soon as you come in the door she's already asking for a payment like dang can I sit down first. It's like it's her way or no way when trying to book an appointment time and the main guy heard probably saw my face expression and was able to accommodate the time I wanted. My dad was unhappy the last time he went and I don't think he's coming back, first of all we paid cash the first times we went since our dental insurance didn't cover what work we needed to be done and a few days later my dad was in teeth pain from a fill that was done incorrectly, comes to find out it was done to high smh. This last time he wasn't ready to pay and they already had him sat down with the paper work and the front desk lady was calling 20 mins before the appointment while he was driving on the way to the appointment, to try to verify his insurance. She said she was going to call him the next day and has she? Nope It seems like they are in rush to leave and go home too, last time I booked an appointment for my daughter and dad only one was seen, the time should be honored. Alma, the dental assistant, was also wonderful...even though I cracked the temporary crown with my grinding and had to redo it. Marisol and Brianna at the front desk were both so helpful and welcoming throughout the visit but kept calling me Eduardo, like my mom when she's mad at me. They corrected the error of their ways though, and before I left for the day they called me Eddie (como dios lo manda). So we're good now. All kidding aside. Everyone was great, and I really appreciated how smooth and supportive they made the whole experience on such short notice. I was in a lot of pain. Highly recommend.

They work with her and understand that when she's picky or demanding it's just frustration on her part because shes had to go through visits out the routine. She's very sensitive to pain and can't handle equipment in her mouth for too long either. So yeah I'm very pleased with the service and bedside manner they have with my mother
