Love the idea that if anything breaks to said items, not visibly wear/tear damage, they would help me if that does happen to inspect and repair, if possible. Always ask! The items are not cheap but do not feel cheaply made AT ALL. The weight of jewelry and quality of the craftsmanship clearly shows that they're really nice and are beautiful pieces. Not costume jewelry. If you have an idea on what to get your loved one, the ladies will help you go over items and see what will fit the idea you're looking for. They're very knowledgeable and kind. There's never a rush when you're looking through and you can tell they want you to have an effortless shopping experience. But people who are antisocial or don't want to be bothered, just tell them politely and they'll treat you with respect always. From what I've overheard, some customers come in with the ugliest attitudes and treat the working ladies rudely, but never treat them the same in return. Please do not shop here when the store manager is here as you will receive nothing and horrible service . Upon entering I was kindly greeted and welcome by a young women However upon arriving to the cash wrap Alondra store manager approach me Already with a bad temper and the escalated once Alondra noticed I had an exchange . I wasn't greeted, though, when I initially walked in. Instead, a staff member just walked pass me and didn't say anything. Yet, when I walked away, I heard the same staff member happily greet another customer. This continued on as I walked towards the other displays. I walked past another staff member, who looked like she didn't want to be there. She ignored almost every other customer that could've used help. So, all of the initial customer service contact was pretty much lacking. Customer service only existed when it came to the register. But, it was also just OK service. Had a mini conversation with the cashier, but felt kind of forced. Normaly, I don't really bother much about customer service, but my recent visit stood out for me at this BBW location. Other than that, it's a nice store, stocked with a bit of everything, and they have a huge candle and air freshener section at the back of the shop.

This dollar tree is nearby my house. It is literally down my street…read more It's one of those that are not that clean, and not as sanitize as other dollar tree stores I've been too. I think if they vacuum the carpet and clean the carpet a bit more, it would look a lot better. That is just my opinion though. They do have a variety of great deals and sometimes I find brand name items from Target or something in this dollar tree. I also find plenty of useful things from here that are needed around my house. I deducted 2 stars because they need to seriously clean this store up and clean up the floors a little bit. It looks like the floors haven't been clean in ages. I'm a germaphobic, so I had to deduct 2 stars.
