We live in Allen and out of nowhere my gas company called me while i was at work to inform me that they were checking meters and doing routine inspections upon which they discovered the gas line coming up from the ground to my house has rusting pipe and they can smell gas and as result they are going to shut off our gas. The only way to turn on our gas was to have the pipe replaced and city inspection. I was caught off guard and didn't know what to do. I Google searched local plumbers and Michael's Master plumbing came up on my search. I called the phone number and the OWNER himself answered my call. He explained the entire process so I know what to expect. HE asked me to text him a few pictures of the pipe and I did. Moments later he sent me an estimate. But he promised that I would have gas the next day by 10am. I have two small children and they are both disabled with one income. I had no choice but to have gas restored, so I okay Michael to repair the line the next day. I asked Michael if he would help me a bit with the estimate because of our situation and he said say no more. He hung up and an hour later he was at my house same day, repaired my line, pressure tested our lines and restored our gas. I am teary eyed right now typing this. Michael Called me to inform me that the gas is restored and my bill is ZERO. I had goose bumps, I informed Michael that ZERO is not fair to him as he has bills too but he wouldn't hear any of it. He said he understands my situation and just lets leave it at that. I hung up and began to cry, I could not believe these types of angels still exist in the world, and they do. We found this business via recommendations posted on NextDoor. Due to the massive winter storm of Feb 2021 here in North Texas, like many others, we were affected with burst pipe. The next morning my hubby started calling around to plumbers, and as expected all hard to get lined up. Most he called either had full voicemail boxes, didn't answer or respond. Michael's was the exception--they responded right away and we were added to their appointment roster and waited our turn in the que for about a week. We were unsure the extent or exact location of our burst. Philip & Matt were the team that showed up today to address our damages. We were lucky that our damage was not in the wall behind our washer where we thought it was, and they were able to quickly identify the leak from an adjacent exterior pipe that in living in our home 25+ years we didn't even know existed! They were able to replace and bury that and add a shut-off valve. They ran a check with our meter to ensure no movement to indicate other possible leaks and made sure toilets flushed and hot water coming freely after turning water back on for the house. The team of Phillip & Matt were very professional, friendly and efficient and they explained everything that they did clearly. They arrived promptly (actually a little earlier than expected) and were here just under 2 hours--and the final cost was minimal compared to our insurance deductible and what a competitor might have charged. read more

I spoke to Michael last Thursday 5/27before Memorial Day weekend. He showed up promptly Tuesday morning and fixed our drainage issue within MINUTES! We had already had Bacon Plumbing out who couldn't fix our issue and said we needed a jet washout that would cost $700 (this didn't include their first visit which they charged $138 to look at the clog with a camera)... Michael is extremely knowledgeable and I plan to give him all business related to plumbing in the future! Payment was extremely reasonable and WELL worth the service we received! My main water pipe broke and I had an initial estimate of over 5k to fix it. Not only that, but I had to pay $65 for the plumber (not Michael) to come out to even give me that estimate. Thank goodness, I found Michael and he said he would come out and give me an estimate for free. He ended up charging me less than half of the initial estimate. He did a good job and had it all done within a couple days. I liked how he let me see the copper piping and got my approval before covering it up with all the dirt in my yard. The above ground copper pipe for my outdoor faucet snapped in two. Naturally I called Michael's Master Plumbing. Phillip arrived to repair the pipe and install a new handle. After that was done, he put a large PVC pipe covering the entire length of the exposed copper pipe and insulated it with sand. He even painted the PVC pipe so it matched the landscaping. The PVC pipe gives the copper pipe stability and the sand provides insulation for cold weather. This is way above and beyond what was needed for the repair. When you hire the best, you get the best! I won't use anyone else for any of my plumbing needs. read more
