Decided to give this new spot a try. Some of the best pizza we've had in a while. We got the combo pizza and some garlic bread, which was to die for. The combo pizza is LOADED with toppings. Definitely going to try their wings next time we go. The service was great. They gave us some ranch, marinara sauce (amazing), cheese and red pepper. Me and my son came here to try it out and it did not disappoint. The girl who greeted us was friendly and helpful telling us some of the popular items. I am still in search for good take out pizza in Modesto. This seems to be getting closer to what I want, wife did not seem convinced but I enjoyed it. They don't deliver so I picked up two smalls a pepperoni and an all meat. Their packs of Parmesan cheese were better quality than the green bottle we have at home so that was as good. I enjoyed the crust and the overall experience. Issue is, we just had the best pizza in Colorado so I think the wife was expecting that and as good as this was, it was not that..... My wife wanted to try this place because of the gluten-free options. This was our first time here. I ordered a calzone and she got a gluten-free pizza in terms of the crust. Overall, both were pretty good. It wasn't too busy in here with only a few patrons. It looks like they're waiting on a few things for adult beverages. It looks like it's been piped in, but not in use also there's not much decoration on the walls. So aesthetically I wouldn't call this pleasing to the eye. We drove past on our way to the tulip fields, we seen this place tucked away in a corner shopping center on the edge of town. It looked and sounded like a mom and pop place, and we knew that we would be hungry on our way home so we called in an order. We asked what they are known for and with some popular dishes are, the employee on the phone recommended we try the cheesy bread. He said that they make a homemade garlic Parmesan sauce that they put on it before the cheese, and that it really sets it apart from cheesy bread at other places. So we ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza with double pepperoni , and an order of the cheesy bread. To be honest, the cheesy bread was so delicious. We wished that we had more! It was savory, garlicy, salty and super delicious! Their crust seems to be much fresher and possibly made in house? It was much better quality than ordering a pizza at round table or any other pizza chain. Probably the best pizza I've had in a moment. We ordered to go, but the interior was nice new and clean. We have passed this location many times and decided this was the night to stop in. Walked in at around 5:15 on a Saturday. One group of eight were seated and their pizza arrived as we were ordering. I think their customer base is heavy in takeout. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage on original crust with red sauce for takeout. Our server said it would be about a 20-25 minute wait. My husband ordered a beer and I got an ice water bc they don't have wine. We seated ourselves and before long our pizza was brought to our table. The server asked if I wanted ranch, I said yes please and she brought me three. We headed home to Oakdale and dug in. We both agreed it tasted fresh, with a delicious crust, perfect chew, good topping to sauce ratio. Service was pleasant and on point, too! I am hoping they add wine to the menu. The pizza here is incredible! Original crust is a little chewy, with the right amount of bite, slightly crispy and bready. A little bit of all the best things. We got a medium half just cheese and half pep pine jalapeño. The ranch is perfect pizza ranch, creamy and herbaceous. The service was friendly and when they brought out the pizza they suggested we have the hot honey with the pep and pine and it was fire! We came in on a Saturday - decided to dine in after driving past it and wanted to give it a try. We ordered a small vegetarian pizza, a calzone, and the BBQ wings. Everything was delicious! The portions were generous, and all of the food came out hot and fresh. Let me start by saying the service was excellent. From the time I gave my order until I left the restaurant, the employees were very attentive. So, this place gets four stars for service. Now for the food. I ordered a small pizza with mushroom and artichoke. I also ordered barbecued wings. The wings were good. They had a little too much sauce for me, and we're messy. I am always looking for new spot for pizza. This is fairly close to my house l, so we have it a shot, and weren't disappointed. We only had pepperoni, but it was good. The crust was crispy, the cheese and pepperoni were generous, and the sauce was really good. It was really slow, like one other couple in there, so I hope it picks up business and lasts. The staff were super friendly too. I'll definitely go back and am looking forward to trying something more than just pep. There use to be tables on both walls but they took the ones out on the fountain drink side. The food- got me the prawns and fish. Still delish, the fries were fresh. When I got my order, they only give you the tartar sauce. If you want the malt vinegar, you have to ask so they give you in a small cup. Very Good ! Nice juice and tender w/ a nice crunchy batter . The Fries were pretty good . Son had a combo too . I can't remember which one but, it had prawns, Scallops, fish , and calamari. I tried his chowder . It was very creamy not really as flavor as I hoped for . Excellent Fish though ! A Great place to pick up or dine in if you aren't looking for anything fancy .
