I decided to give Mici a try after getting a pamphlet in the mail advertising free marinara pasta if we ordered a pizza. We received the delivery order in about an hour on a Friday night which is what their estimate was. I was happily surprised to see two free slices of garlic bread with our order which tasted phenomenal! We also ordered a margarita pizza along with the pasta. I honestly think the pasta was better than the pizza which surprised me because I tend to find this type of pasta bland. That is not to say the pizza was bad. This is a great place for lunch or dinner. The pizza dough is very soft and it tastes amazing. I also had gelato which was super creamy. Joe was very kind and helpful. I had been excited to try this place for a while and was glad to see a new location open by me. Little did I know that the Cherry Creek location had moved here. I came with a large party of co-workers for lunch. The staff were very friendly, and the food came out quickly. I was excited to see the pick 2 lunch deal. I had half of an insalata della casa and half a tacchino sandwich (turkey pesto panini). The salad had a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The panini was crisp and had just the right amount of filling. I very much appreciated that it wasn't super soggy. I'll definitely be coming back for more food in the future. Today's outrageous times coincided with Halloween, which is understandable, but then they tell me they were surprised at how busy it was. Interesting, but alright. I then proceeded to wait an entire hour without even a minor update, while they still processed and prioritized their delivery orders. I was there back in May, and wasn't impressed with the food, nor the service. However, my friend wanted to go there for dinner tonight, so we did. Huge difference this time! They must have a new management, as everything had improved! We absolutely loved the food, loved the service and overall, loved the atmosphere at Mici on Colorado Blvd. Their pizza and salad is phenomenal. The manager, Leo, stopped by our table to ask us if everything tasted Ok, and I told him how much we were enjoying our dinner this time, compared to the last dinner/experience I had there few months ago. I also told him that this restaurant looked much better now and the food tasted heavenly. Their pizzas are exceptional!!!!! Love them! We have been longtime customers of Mici since it was a hole in the wall in Cherry Creek North. We love their pizzas and the fact that you can order the crust well done or lightly cooked. The garlic bread is always tasty and their caprese salad is very good. We have moved to Belcaro and will be trying the delivery service for the first time. I got the alfredo, I'm not sure if it was an off day. I really enjoyed the bread but alfredo had a weird taste to it, or maybe not enough flavor? I can't really pinpoint it. Two words: Breakfast pizza! So I've never been to Mici's before my visit this past weekend but somehow heard about them and signed up for their email list and have been getting offers for them. I got a BOGO breakfast entrée coupon and decided that we should be put that bad boy to use and pop my Mici's cherry. We went in around noon on Saturday and there was one other table seated and by the time we left, there were about four more dining as well so I like to think we started the lunch rush. The employees were outstanding---so friendly, inviting, smiling and asking us if we had ever been in there. You walk up, order then they bring the food out to you so it's a fast casual concept but they didn't miss a beat on the service. While we were waiting for our pizzas they gave us samples of their gelato (not made in house, but made in Boulder so close enough), the Andes Mint and Blood Orange Creamsicle had my heart but I stopped myself before filling out for the main course. I ordered the Ortolana breakfast pizza which is a semi vegetarian option) with the egg cooked in, topped with red peppers, zucchini and cheese and it was fantastic. Tip-get a side of marinara sauce to dip it in and it will take you to a whole new level! I grabbed a slice to go, had it the next morning and topped with a fried egg and I was in heaven. Probably won't be ordering from here anymore. Someone on the line doesn't know how to read tickets or orders. Twice now I have ordered the same pizza (the veggie one with red sauce) And have chosen to add, for one dollar each, olives and onion, and what I have received is an olive and onion pizza with nothing else - none of the other veggies like artichokes or any of the good things that come on the veggie pizza. Even though they're famous for their pizza, I ate pizza the night before so my boyfriend and I ordered the tortellini and chicken pesto panini. Large portions, hardy and filling dishes, and extremely friendly staff. The chicken was a bit dry in the panini. It was tasty but nothing special in my opinion. We ordered a Pizza for $20.00 last night and had to pay $6.99 delivery charge plus tax. We decided with a deliver charge of almost $7.00 that was enough for the drivers tip. Well, when the driver arrived, they tip shammed us and argued with us at the door saying that service charge on delivers goes to the restaurant and she deserves a tip, even though the driver is a full time restaurant employee. I gave in and gave her a $5.00 tip. So to get my $20.00 pizza, it cost me $12.00. Over 1/2 the cost of the pizza. I will not be ordering delivery from them ever again. read more

I've always wanted to try this place based on reviews on NextDoor. Today I just happened to get a mani/pedi in the same complex and wanted a bite to eat. I went in for just a slice but it's not an option here. The lovely gentleman working suggested the lunch special. It's half a pizza and your choice of one other side/entree. I chose the Alfredo. The portions were perfect. Not to small for those skinny non carb eating type and not to large like those Furrs Cafeteria types. Somehow I haven't reviewed Mici at this new location, even though they moved over here from Cherry Creek quite a while ago. It's still the same place, with the same great food, just in a new spot. While they've removed a couple of the panini from the menu, they still have a few that are reliably good, along with the variety of pastas and the many really tasty pizzas. For the price, it's hard to top this place's quality and flavor. Oh, and they have wine and gelato too. What could be bad? Well, the parking lot's kind of difficult, but that's not their fault. Maybe come at a slightly earlier or later time than the usual lunch/dinner rush and you won't have any trouble. But definitely make it a point to come here in the first place. They've got several other locations too, in case you don't want to fight with Colorado Boulevard. read more
