Me and my husband and have been huge fans of Mici and since discovering it we probably went weekly.The nicest people, delicious food and the best gluten free crust around- last time I went tho, they changed the (gluten free)crust, and we haven't gone back since. The other one was delicious and this just tasted like flavorless cracker bread. Im hoping they'll switch back to the previous delicious g free crust. It's already so hard to find good gluten free meals out, I will be super sad if I have to take Mici out of our rotation. But if you don't have to eat gluten free like me,it's so good and I still highly recommend it for you! I didn't realize I liked calzones until I had one from Mici's! Opted for the delivery option since I was in bed recovering from surgery. Let me say even as much as I enjoyed the food, my favorite part was how friendly the man was that was situating the order over the phone. Everything arrived quickly, the entire order was correct, and most importantly it was delicious. The only issue (and lets be honest.. it's actually a pretty bad issue), was a sharp plastic piece of something mixed into one of the gelato flavors, found when biting into it. Yikes :( read more

So it's nothing like what I expected of a "real Italian " restaurant. It's more of an eatery in the way of a fast food chain, but with food which is fresh and delicious. SPOILER ALERT: Lots of carbs here!!! I got the lunch special of a half sandwich and bowl of soup for $8 and chose the creamy tomato basil soup and the cheese panini with spinach and tomatoes. The soup was terrific and piping hot as soup should be, and my panini was sufficiently cheesy and crispy-chewy. I was very pleased with my lunch and noticed they also sell wines!!! Nice. Ordered carryout from Mici's yesterday. As always the pizza (pepperoni in this case) was amazing. Online ordering was very easy. Service was great; due to the corona they bring your carryout to the car which was actually really nice. Mici's has always supported the community and last night gave a % of proceeds to our elementary school so I can't say enough about what a great people run this place. Also... Date night wasn't a hit, you order pizza at a counter and they serve you, the hostess/customer service gal assured us it would be a great experience as they offered great table service after the order is placed. We ordered a anti pasta salad, a caparola pizza and a bottle of wine, good deal at $15 for a bottle, craft beer selection was a fattire and they were out of Peroni , not really crafty and the selections were limited to 3 beers. We went to sit down. All tables dirty, she brought our wine, and we had to ask to have the table cleaned. Silverware is cheap and no knives so had to get up to ask, when salad came, napkins were out she quickly replaced. Cheap napkins not even fast food worthy. Then the pizza which was good but too much cornmeal was used and they only had red peppers and parm in those packets not very natural or quality. So not a dine in experience at all and unimpressive. The back door is loud and needs to be fixed from banging so that dining experience was rough. Food was great for a take out but would not recommend dine in and likely wouldn't make the trip as it just wasn't great. Oh we had to ask for boxes as no one came back and she swiped our dressing though she brought us a to go lid and cup?! Have not been here for almost two years, now I remember why I never came back. Got the spaghetti and meatballs, spaghetti was raw & under cooked. We also had to go to three different tables to find a clean one. Their idea of cleaning doesn't happen, crumbs on almost all the tables, crumbs on the seats, and all over the floor. So if they don't even clean up after people eating, in my eyes they DO NOT disinfect for covid. I'm done, ill be better off with a frozen dinner. read more

I wanted a basic spaghetti meal and stop in for dinner (Take Out). The noodles were not cooked properly, the sauce ( their meat sauce ) lacked any form of flavor. Even the add on Meatball was Blah! Spaghetti, 1 meat ball, 1 sausage and a side salad - $23 after tip. Sorry, I live down the street and wanted to have a great quick stop place, but this is not it, for me. Worst experiance! Ordered over the phone when we couldn't get the website to work. Order took almost 2 full hours. When it arrived, not all our food was delivered. Called for a refund and the person on the other end got very snippy with me when I would not accept a discount on my next order. I'm from Washington State and after the experiance I had there is no way I would order from them again. We did not receive any forks, knifes, napkins and when I brought that up, I was told I didn't ask for any. We ordered from a business, a local wine tasting establishment. We ordered 2 salads. Second time to try this place out and this time we dined in. Ordered the Tortellini Alla Miceli and was definitely better than the first time. For one thing it was still hot. The portion size was the same and plenty. Also got the Alfredo with bowtie pasta and chicken and the kids bowtie pasta with Alfredo sauce on the side. They seemed to enjoy it. All dinners came with garlic bread, 2 for the adult entrees and 1 for the kids. I didn't realize that their setup is pretty similar to Fazoli's. You order and pay at the counter and someone brings you your food and you get your own drinks. Personally if I am going to pay $27 plus tax for dinner, I'd expect a different setup. The staff at the counter was friendly and they did try to keep the tables clean. Restrooms are single stalls and they only have a baby changing table setup in the Ladies, however men can totally use it to change their babies. The baby changing table doesn't lay completely flat, clearly whomever installed it never changed a baby before. Second experience wasn't bad, but didn't blow me away. read more
