Recently made an appointment to have my car winterized. Before my appointment, a couple of other concerns arose that needed to be addressed for my peace of mind, but I wasn't sure if there was enough time allotted to check out these additional issues. As usual, Mike came through with no hesitation, checking out everything I had requested and reassured me that I was "good to go" although a repair might be needed within a couple of months or so. I am so thankful and grateful to Mike, Chad, and all of the excellent staff who are always efficient, pleasant, friendly, and cheerfully willing to go above and beyond. The world would be a better place if more businesses patterned their operations after this one on South Bay Road. Nothing is more important to success than honesty and trust. On a busy Saturday I went in to ask the Store Service Manager to get my car inspected. The store was slammed and I was heading out of town on Monday. However, John Burns was pleasant and accommodating as always and fit me into their already packed schedule. When we drove in my husband tried to convince me to go somewhere else but I refused, as I truly feel I can trust John and his service crew to be honest in their assessment of my vehicle. I'm a 21 year old female who knows nothing about cars. I brought my car here because it had broken down, they told me on the phone it was 89/ an hour for the diagnostic. This is what they told me on the phone. I called to check the status and they said they had been diagnosing my car for three hours.... Three hours? My boyfriend talked to Mike on the phone who was extremely rude and sounded like a complete douche. They called us the following day and told me my car needed a new fuel pump and it was going to be over $1,000 to replace. I decided to take it to a family friend who's a mechanic to get a second opinion. Turns out, my dumb ass forgot to pump my gas at the gas station at 4am on my way to work and my car had just ran out of gas. These guys at the South Bay Road location are awesome. I went in to get new brakes pads and roters on my 2004 Volkswagen. Found some other problem and they were able to fix it. Great prices. So thankful for this place. We ran over a cone on the highway and realized part of it was stuck underneath the car. We're from out of town and needed some quick help to remove the cone. Pulled into this location and Mike immediately helped - they had the cone out in minutes and let us know we were safe to drive home. Didn't even charge us - can't thank them enough! read more

Easy oil change and tire rotation, dropped the truck off Friday night at 6pm, told the manager, MIke, that there was a slow leak in 2 of the tires. Mike called me up on Saturday, the requested work was done and he fixed the leak situation. Always great service at this shop! read more

Have to say my experience at this Midas has always been great. I went to the location after checking with the dealer about changing spark plugs. The Midas associate named Mike helped me and showed me again why I like going there. Mike told me not only would he match the dealers price but he would beat it.
