Apparently I needed to use synthetic or part synthetic which was more expensive than I was used to paying. After he explained everything that was going to be included, we found a coupon online and I was in. I opted to wait in the waiting room so they could do a free vacuum on my carpets. The waiting room was nice. Comfortable chairs, complimentary drinks, and tv. He told me it would take about 20 min but I'm pretty sure it was less than that. Although I had sticker shock at first, they told me I can come in anytime for free fluid top off and tire fills. Their customer service was great, I didn't have to wait long like other places, and the online coupons make the price pretty comparable.
