    Where they scratched my car.

    I took my BMW to this location to have them put new headlights in. When they put them in they didn't put them in correctly so they are loose. They put deep scratches in the fenders of my car when I just got the whole car painted a month prior to bringing it to them. When I showed the owner of this location my car he said they didn't do it. So I proceeded to show him the before and after pictures I took of my car that are timed and dated he still denied scratching my car. So the mechanic who worked on it called me and said he's not trying to run a "shady shop" and if I brought my car back they would fix the scratches. So, I went back and he put the wrong color on the car and messed the paint up even more. If I could give no stars I would. No accountability for the mess ups they have I DO NOT recommend bringing any vehicle here for anything.

    Wouldn't recommend. They only have 1 technician for 4 hours. The next one doesn't come in until 12. What kind of shop is this? Ridiculous.

    I'm torn about my Sam's experiences. I love, LOVE, LUV the…read morelack of lines - in store and at the pump. I also love their Pick Up and Scan & Go features. All that said, the thing is..... staple, everyday items are alllllways out of stock. On 1/27/25, I attempted to place an online/pick up order. I found pages & pages of "Out of Stock" grocery items. I posted 4 screenshots of the experience. I considered maaaaaybe it's a website/app glitch, but honestly either scenario is B A D. I recently relocated from Los Angeles. Over there, the "other" warehouse store is a ton more popular, but it was always "a thing" to go. Part of that is LA County has more residents than the entire state of Missouri. Checkout lines could be long. Gas lines could be longer than In N Out lines. Maybe that's because there was actually merchandise. Remind me why we pay the membership? I can order online from the "other" warehouse, and I'm positive not paying the Sam's fee would cover the few cents extra per gallon when filling up at the gas station across the street.

It was very nice to work with someone who actually cared . I was having a horrible experience with Sam's delivery service, Spark . I purchased the delivery service but my expensive item was never delivered . Spark showed no concern . A store manager named Jeremy basically told me it wasn't his problem because Sam's did their part . He blamed Spark . I reminded him that I purchased the product through Sam's and I felt like Sam's should have been more helpful . He showed no concern and totally blew me off . That's when Haylee stepped in and made me feel valued, appreciated , and heard . She even stayed late to help me . I hope that Sam's recognizes her for being the awesome employee that she is .
