I had been disappointed to see Wing Snob move out of the location this place is in now, but this is indeed a worthy replacement. It's nice when a place like this has the right mix of technology and personal touch. When you walk in there are four computers that you can use to place your order. However unlike other places they are happy, almost eager, to take your order at the cash register also. I've been twice now and I had the same thing both times, the chicken Shawarma bowl with a few things removed and a few things added. It's very nice when you can customize an item like this. The garlic sauce they use is terrific, although I suspect they're not making it fresh. I'm also very impressed with the quality of the falafel's here, falafel can be a difficult item to get right. The servings are massive, if you walk away hungry from this place you're doing something wrong. About my only complaint with this place is the choice of music. I have been here twice and so far so good. The food is good and ingredients that taste fresh. Only issue is that they're a little heavy handed on the onions. Portions size is nice and can have some for later. Service was helpful and friendly. They keep the inside clean which is a plus. I think I will go back for a quick lunch. read more

Ordered a bowl from Middle Eats in Roseville, MI. Chicken bowl. Arrived at 12:18pm. Food in a sealed container. Food had at least 1 fly in the food. That is beyond disgusting. Called store, spoke with manager who apologized. As I ordered through DoorDash, there was nothing he could do. Manager informed me I could request a refund through DoorDash and the store would approve it. This makes me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. I wont be coming back to this location. Sir, how did at least one fly get in my seal food container? Gross. Update - Ms. Vera worked with the store to correct my order. Ms. Vera took extremely good care of me regarding the situation. The manager at the store location apologized and offered to make me another bowl in addition to refunding me. I declined as I am still a little wary of this locations hygiene, the thought was greatly appreciated. This is how business is done. Issue and solution. My wife and myself both received free chicken shawarma bowl so we decided to give it a try. Really enjoyed it the bowls were huge. Plenty of chicken. Liked the sliced pickles and tomatoes. We bought lunch for our office employees today. Out of 8 bowls, every single one was wrong. We got charged for 9 items we did not receive and one bowl feta was added on to someone who is lactose intolerant and a vegetarian while half of the other bowls were missing the feta. we placed our order online and picked order up before busy lunch time. Update. I appreciate management contacting me to rectify the issue. They also did so in a timely manner (same night about 2 hours later, and next day). They were very apologetic about the situation and willing to take ownership in the errors of the employees. I understand this is a newly opened location and team members are in training. I will be back to try Middle Eats Roseville again and give them a chance to fix this mistake. Horrible customer service!!! I placed a carry out order to pick up on the way to work. Paid for it because of course you have to for them to make your food. Received notification that order was ready at 8:23 pm. Got there at 8:30 ish and they could not find my food. Told me I had the wrong location. I told them it was the Roseville location and confirmed the order with my phone. The girl was packing orders and the dude at the register thought it was funny because they couldn't find my order. I said just give me a refund because I couldn't wait. He proceeded to keep saying he's going to make it now just wait a couple minutes. And I repeatedly said I don't have time to wait, complete the refund. I wasn't about to be late for work because they didn't prepare my order. I don't know how long his couple minutes would be. Now I keep calling on the phone and can't speak to anyone to process my refund because they only have AI sending you in circles. So now I have to dispute this charge since they thought it was funny that they couldn't find the food that I paid for and didn't want to give me a refund. Not worth the effort of having to pay in advance just for them to laugh at you and show no concern at all when they mess up. Maybe they should not be expanding this fast if their customer service is going to suffer. If these people that are working don't care about customer service what makes me think they care about the quality of the food. If this continues it will only be a matter of time before the food starts to suffer as well. For the amount of money we spend as consumers we should be able to expect good food as well as good customer service. Especially when they expect a tip! read more

I've visited other locations, and the taste of the food is the same. When I went to the new Roseville site the staff was nice and helpful while placing the order. I was able to sample one their fountain drinks too. Shout out to Fadi, Ben, Afram, Kayleigh and the cooks for their help and friendly service. I will definitely return in the future. read more

So when we stopped in to try this location, it was PACKED. The food was comparable to what we receive at other locations. However, there were straw wrappers and napkins all over the floor and around the beverage station. It looked like someone just ransacked the place. People were standing around everywhere waiting on orders. I get it, I get it, if this was a one time thing, but it might've been enough to keep me out. Maybe just Christmas time madness, idk. I have a suggestion though for the owner/operator of this location. Get the floor redone. It brings down the whole appearance of the store. When you walk into the Macomb location, it's SUPER clean and makes you feel confident that the food is fresh and the kitchen is clean, etc. Seeing the tiles worn through to the cement gives the appearance of old, worn, and subpar. Wrappers and napkins everywhere, just gross. Again though. The food was GOOD, I have always loved Middle Eats, I am a long time fan!
