Vegan Chocolate Chip and Traditional Chocolate Chip

They saved the day when I had a disappointing dinner elsewhere in the mall. I had a vegan chocolate chip and it was delicious! The service was courteous and it's a little cart in the basement level so ambiance was irrelevant lol. Would get cookies here again. Probably will eat cookies here again too lol.

Stopped by Midnight Cookie Co. at Pacific Place to grab a coffee and ended up having one of the best cappuccinos I've ever tasted. I tried it with lavender syrup, and it was absolutely out of this world - smooth, flavorful, and not overpowering at all. Their menu also has cookies, ice cream, and other beverages, so there's plenty to choose from. Didn't get cookies this time, but if they're anything like the coffee, I'll definitely be back to try them. The service was quick, making it a perfect spot to grab a coffee or treat while shopping at the mall. Note: They are located on the ground floor next to the elevators.

Not bad for cookies. I was expecting it to be a little softer and squishier. There are some unique flavors but most were typical ones. I liked them all but they were all a bit too sweet. The red velvet one was my favorite out of the three we got. The server just took it from the display so it was pretty quick. It's just a cookie stand in a mall so not too many decor and it's tucked away in a little corner area.

Cute little spot inside a mall located on the bottom floor. The cookies were delicious. I got the celebration cookie and snickerdoodle cookie to make an ice cream sandwich. The ice cream was somewhat freezer burned and very hard. I wish it was more of a scoop of ice cream and slightly larger since the cookies were so much bigger than the ice cream that my cookies broke apart quickly. Otherwise, really good fresh baked cookies.

We came in at 9pm on a Thursday when most other cookie/dessert places were closed and we were not disappointed! The m&m cookie was delicious! They had quite a few cookie options and plenty of seating nearby at that time of night. I wish the cookie had been warm but it was still great

Great service and cookie for a late craving!! We got 2 cookies and a coffee ($4.75). Cookie was big and good flavor for $3 each. I think the flavors are unique (got caramel chai) but not too special or different from other chains. Latte was good as well!! Solid option in downtown in a great location. Would go if convenient but not make my way out for. It's located in the bottom floor of the mall- no seating as it's a kiosk stand.

Definitely some good cookies, and not outrageously priced like other gourmet cookie spots. Each one here is around $3 and they're decently sized. I think cookies are very individual preference - some like the thicker cakey ones while others prefer the thinner and crispy or chewy ones. These are the large, thin, and chewy kind. I got the birthday cake and the m&m, both of which were large and had a great soft chewy texture. I wasn't actually the biggest fan of the birthday cake since I didn't realize it had the almond extra aftertaste, but the texture was great. I loved the m&m one though - so good with the m&m pieces scattered inside. Overall, I'd come back for a cookie craving! It's located on the bottom floor of the Pacific Place mall.

I stopped by midnight cookie while on a break and it was a great pick me up!!! The worker was really kind and asked about my day and gave me recommendations. He said his favorite was the sweet & salty, but also gave fan favorites such as the birthday cake. The cookies are decently big and run around $3/each! I ended up getting the m&m because it's one of my favorites. I wish I had asked for it warmed (unsure if this is offered?) but it was still SO good! The cookie was chewy and soft which is just how I like it. I would be interested in going back to try more flavors since it's a cheap way to get your sweet treat fix!! Also as implied by the name, they're open till midnight so if you're really craving a late night sweet treat def get some cookies :3

Took forever to find this spot but if you pull into the parking garage, you can easily park by the door for a quick pickup. They only allow you to pull up for a 10 minute food pickup, which is more than enough time! As soon as you walk in, it's on your left. The cookies were huge and fresh! I had snickerdoodles, red velvet, smores, chocolate chip, and I think oatmeal raisin. I got a 6 box deal. There's so many options to choose from. Best place for soft and chewy large cookies.

Hopped off the plane at 10 pm, got to our hotel at 10:30, found Midnight Cookie and knew we had to walk over. These are hands down the most perfect, doughy fresh cookies I've ever purchased. We enjoyed a birthday cake and a snickerdoodle, so thankful this spot is open til midnight.

I was craving ice cream after dinner and found this spot online because it's close by. It's just a kiosk at the mall. The ice cream? Pre-packaged pints. I tried the peanut butter chip - it was okay, but honestly, it felt like store-bought ice cream. Ehhh. The cookie? Good, not great, but definitely better than the ice cream. Overall, this place is just whatever. I was hoping for a better post-dinner ice cream.

" C " is for cookie and it's good enough for me! Midnight Cookie is my latest addiction that's sugary. Located in the subterranean basement of Pacific Place this delectable purveyor of treats offer some of the finest cookies in Seattle. My favorite is the outstanding Birthday Cake cookie loaded with Jimmy's. For those that don't understand east coast slang " Jimmy's " are colorful sprinkles. Midnight Cookie has several offerings including caffeinated beverages yet I stick with the one item. Frank never messes with a good thing BTW. On a side not if you purchase a few they will stay fresh for several days, the sign of quality. Frank B experience is out!

A hidden gem (in the sense it was hard for me to find). On the very bottom floor of the shopping complex it's in, a casual cookie place with great flavors and affordable prices! As a sometimes food, I respect a cookie that can be tasty and not make a huge dent in my wallet. I got their confetti cookie and cookies n' cream cookie (not pictured) and both satisfied my sweet tooth. The staff was super nice and gave recommendations based on what was popular and their personal favorites. I'm sure this would make a great gift or a snack if you're just looking for something quick and sweet.

If you can find parking in the Cap Hill area I would definitely consider this as an option for a sweet treat. I think the prices are really reasonable considering some of the other options. Staff: 5/5 (nice) Sanitation: 5/5 (clean) Soft serve w/syrups (5/5) I've had most of the syrups that they offer with their vanilla soft serve. The soft serve itself is a really creamy and rich vanilla milk flavor. I would say it's closer to that Asian milk flavor if you know what I mean. I think the hojicha syrup is my favorite out of all the ones I've tried so far. It has a really nice roasty flavor and not something you can find at most other places. The matcha I would say is my second favorite. The flavor of the matcha syrup is definitely lighter compared to the hojicha but still is a nice compliment to the soft serve. The black sesame would be the lowest on my list out of the, all since I felt like the flavor was too nutty like it was a blend of sesame and potentially a nut. Overall I would definitely go back for the hojicha but if you're not into that there's definitely solid options for other flavors.

Realistically the deluxe is for 2-3 ppl to share if you're not huge dessert person. The ice cream is creamy and just the right texture. The presentation is really a showstopper. Had a few people ask what it was and turned a few heads on the street. The meringue and logo flag was a cute decoration but thrown away immediately since it was kind of in the way. I always see a line when I pass by but service is fast and they hand your dessert to you directly after ordering. There's no awkward mix-ups or other people taking your dessert which I like. Will be back at some point to try out their other flavors and for a smaller portion!

We got a matcha float with mochi and a hojicha float with mochi. We love the hojicha better. The matcha is prob one of the better I've tasted, but not often you can find hojicha ice cream and milk tea. It was creamy and mildly sweet. So good, refreshing and satisfying! The mochi were ok. It was very bland and not sweet at all. I do prefer my mochi to have a little sweetness to them, like a sweet bite. This was like chewing a bigger non sweet boba ball. So I'd pass on the mochi here and maybe do all ice cream. If ever we're in Seattle would visit again. Update: we came here a few yrs later. The drinks were still good as ever. My husband got a frappe and loved it. We had a salmon bowl which was decent. Not something I would order again here but we were so hungry from traveling and meeting friends, we needed some food. This time no line out the door. We got a seat inside. We came in June this yr, nice weather outside but inside was super hot as they did not run the AC. They had the windows/doors open but no breeze and mosquitos were inside attacking. I can't imagine a good breeze when the cafe is wedged btw two huge buildings. My drink (red bean brown sugar latte) was obviously extremely sweet but it was pretty good with plenty of red bean. My one complaint is that they don't have boba straws, which is a bit baffling to me. Sure they don't technically sell boba but the red bean topping in my drink was constantly stuck in the straw because its so narrow! Seems like an odd oversight. I had to use a spoon to eat the red bean by itself at the end.
