I expected a high-quality cupcake. The cupcakes looked cute, but they were as dry as the Sahara. They should have been labeled as white cupcakes as I didn't detect any vanilla in them. I suspect that the "buttercream" was made with milk and margarine and powdered sugar.....so much powdered sugar. It was sickeningly sweet, and it was dry too. And a true bettercream doesn't even use powdered sugar. So not only were the cupcakes terrible, they were not even what they purported to be. This is like calling a cut of meat a filet mignon and serving a hamburger. Von's, Ralphs and Albertson's make better cupcakes than this for a fraction of othe price.

The customer service person assured me that they would put it aside for me with my name on it. I arrived about 10 minutes after the time I had ordered it for, as traffic was atrocious. You can build your own customizable cake if you're adventurous with plenty of toppings to choose from. They also have signature cakes if you get overwhelmed and want to keep it simple. My better half and I shared a Strawberry Shortcake. We were both surprised by how good it is! A perfectly moist and tasty treat! They also write your name on the cake box so you can take pics and humblebrag to your friends/family. We like that all the cakes are individual-sized so it's not too heavy.
