    Took our vehicle in because of a transmission shudder feeling was going on. They had our chevy for…read morea entire day. I walked in the next morning to check up on the service and they said, oh we were just about to call you. The problem with the vehicle was a computer reset had to be done to the transmission which should have only taken a few minutes. The cost for service was only about 100 bucks and the labor was another 100 bucks. I find it hard to believe their service staff makes 100 an hour so it obvious they are marking up labor charges as well. Total time of repair was 1 hour. So why did they have my vehicle the entire day? So now they want to open up the transmission to check things out. I called a transmission shop and they said to have the error codes reset AND flush the transmission . The other shop said this is common practice to reset and flush which was not done. I did consider taking the vehicle back to Duncan but I dont fell the proper diagnostic was done in the first place.

Then off you go to the dealership to face the sales person. Major migraine time! Not the case with the folks at Duncan Family Automotive Group! Judy Jones, the sales person who helped us, was wonderful! She was honest and upfront about everything. We did the test drive and got down to the business of the numbers. We were very pleased with the final deal. Once all the paperwork was completed, Joe, Judy's husband and fellow sales person, showed me how to operate the technology package. IE: blue tooth for our phones, the radio, that pesky clock, etc. I was truly appreciative as technology is not necessarily our thing, just ask our kids. When you go, be sure and say "Hi" to Mark and Rooster. They were both helpful in this adventure. Major THANK YOU to the entire team at Duncan Family Automotive Group! We will definitely tell everyone who sees our gorgeous Equinox about you all and the wonderful service you provided! Lastly, we will remember these fine folks when we are in the market for another vehicle.

After looking around, we saw a few models at Sutherlin that we wanted to test drive and called to make an appointment. We both absolutely hate car shopping and put it off for as long as possible. The day finally came, and we made it to Sutherlin and were greeted at the door by Rob Huppman. He asked all the important questions and took us around to the models we wanted to see. He gave us all the great information and details about each model. We test drove two different models and decided that we liked the Impreza Sport over the Crosstrek. What I loved about Rob is that there was almost zero pressure, even after we all came back inside and started "negotiating." We were able to get the price we wanted for the car and for our trade-in. We dealt with Andy to finalize all the paperwork and finances. All in all, it took around 3 hours from start to finish. We came back the next day with our payment and to pick up our new Subie. We were in and out under 30 minutes. We cannot recommend Sutherlin enough. Everyone we dealt with here was awesome and most importantly, they were 100 percent transparent with us, which is rare these days in the car industry.

    Sean, service writer was called by Allstate in regards to my crosstrek hit in the rear, fixed by…read morethe collision center however fuel issue, as in the gage never showed full after filling up at a gas station, it was taken to Grayson Subaru(NEVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE) so finally after 4 MONTHS back and forth to Grayson Subaru, Allstate allowed me to take my car to Sutherlin, within 2 days my car was complete! I recently moved from Hawaii to TN and let's just say that my 2015 Jeep Wrangler was giving me some electrical and battery issues. So I drove to the dealership relinquished my keys, and prayed for the best! I dealt with George in service and he promised to keep me posted as I waited in the lobby. The dealership was very clean and almost full, I took notice right away as the service staff came in and called people by their name. Very friendly atmosphere and it's been a long time that I've felt that nice at a dealership. Plenty of coffee and well stocked snacks and soda machines. Bathrooms were clean as well. When it came time to break the news to me about what they found out, George was explaining that most of my issues were coming from a dead battery. How did I drive it there then??? I have a duel system and it saved me because I could jump my Jeep from the 2nd battery & Isolator system. I highly recommend these for Jeeps because at least you can jump the battery in remote places! So George said he would call the dealership in Hawaii and maybe the battery was still under warranty. George let me know it was, and he was friendly and always smiling when he was talking to me. The entire dealership was very friendly and courteous. So off I went with a new battery and I wanted to thank the staff at East TN Dodge in Crossville TN

I called and specifically asked if a vehicle was avail, I was told that they verified that it was by Dalayna, that they would pull it up, and the internet Manager Chris, who called me to introduce himself said same. Low and behold as SOON as I sat down the salesman I met two seconds earlier says "Oh no, that one burned up on the showroom floor but I'll make it up to you". I am not going to mention his name as it is irrelevant to my experience. It was not his fault but I literally just met you and this is how you want this transaction to begin? As I sit here typing this, several hours later, it is still on the website. I worked for a dealership before, I know how the BS works. Apparently, if you want to play the whole, "oh no, thats not here but I got this one for you" game, then go ahead. Not the way I do business so you lost mine. Its 2024, not 1999, you need to do better.
