Donna and her team are on top of giving A+ service. The food is always great and the drinks too. It's like stepping through time when you walk through those doors. Love the retro look. It is a casual place that offers trivia/ karaoke and sometimes physic reading check out their page for events !

When you walk in, it is like entering a 70's lounge in the best possible way! The drinks are generous. Stuff clams were perfect- not overly spiced or bread like- fluffy with lots of clams- cooked to a crisp drizzled with a buffalo like sauce. We had a crock of the fish chowder- which was creamy and chocked full of fish. Then we shared the Kings cut Prime Rib- cooked perfectly med-rare. It came with 2 sides; we opted for the mashed red bliss potatoes and vegetable of the day cooked baby carrots. It was a great cut! Instead of the desserts, that all look tasty, but we decided on a hot chocolate with butterscotch schnapps and whipped cream. Delicious and perfect way to end a meal! I would go back for sure- service was amazing! Great prices, too. Enjoyed the live performer- not too loud and nice variety of songs.

Perfect town bar and restaurant, they featured Daly specials along with lunch menu. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable very informative and attentive ! Meatloaf lunch specials with 3 winds ... very good and great price. I got leftovers for dinner. Husband got the jumbalya... he said it was excellent. It is awarded winning! Peggy our server was great friendly and had good suggestions. We will be back for dinner to try prime rib! Yum!

I was taken to the Midway for dinner last night & unexpectedly loved it! The menu has a wide variety of homey foods & all at very fair prices for being in the Boston area. We were seated immediately around 7:15, however, the place was packed! Understandably, it was a Thursday night & a DJ set up in the corner. The Midway is definitely home to a good collection of regulars & first comers, which made the atmosphere even better. In terms of the food, the portions are excellent. I, personally, ordered a Chicken Club and it was exactly as expected. Let me tell you, the fries here are incredible. I can't wait to go back and try more menu items!

Overall, everything tasted great (esp the fried chicken and home fries) and the portions were massive to just right. If there were a few kinks to iron out, I'd say that the beignets weren't really airy and some of the mushroom stems in the omelette were really tough and should've been discarded before cooking. Next for dinner: their fried chicken dinner which came with Mac and cheese, collard greens/broccolini, cornbread, and the tempura hake, and a side of cornbread with pecan butter. That pecan butter was delicious, we definitely asked for more. The fried chicken dinner was also amazing, every single dish in it. The hake while crispy, didn't have enough salt. The server fixed it immediately with a side of garlic aioli and that was great. If I could make a suggestion, I would say they should swap out the celery root slaw for something that goes better with the fish. Service was excellent both times. Very friendly and accommodating, always asking if we enjoyed our meal and they were quick to make things right if we had requests. Ambiance is really nice, very warm, inviting, perfect for a sit down meal. Apart from a few kinks in their dishes (which I'm sure they can resolve), I'd give them 5 stars.

I called earlier in the day to double check if this was true as it seemed too good 2 B true in this day and age. Indeed it was true. I met the Jeffersons and Moey there that nite and was hangry. I most certainly was not there to play games. The hostess Gia seated us in our "usual" booth and she happened to be our waitress as well. We all ordered sodas (refills included) and all choose between Boneless, Breaded or Naked. We all chose Breaded except for Tams who chose Boneless. We all got different "sarces." Jefferson and I got Medium Buffalo and the gurls got Garlic Parm or Lemon Parm or something and BBQ or something. I augmented my Wings with Ghost Pepper Sauce and Hooters Hot Sauce and dipped in Bleu Cheese while the rest of the party dipped in Ranch. What ensued was a sowdown that seemed too good 2 B true... Plate after plate of delish Wings flew our way. I simply could not believe this was not a dream. 15 bucks for AYCE? And these Wings were "da kine" as well -hot n' fresh. Needless to say I ate until I could not eat no more. I do reckon I had 23 wings. Mind you that each round comes with fries. The gurls pigged out real good too but not as much so as me and Jefferson. The staff, managers, server all were very nice and accommodating. Food came out fast and hot. Also had a very nice conversation with the couple next to us, who had wisdom and knowledge of some history which we could relate to. We ordered the following: - Fritto misto 3/5 for me. The garlic/lemon aioli that was loaded on the bottom of the dish was great just allows u to smear and dip everything into the plate instead of a small dip dish everyone has to share. The calamari and shrimp portion is a nice appetizer size. Crispy yes, but our portion was a bit overcooked. - spaghetti Al limone - perfectly cooked, nice chew and portion. You get 4 jumbo shrimps on the pasta plate. The lemon zest sauce was tasty! Enjoyed this! 5/5 - fennel sausage pizza 5/5 I really enjoy the way they make the pizza, crispy, good bites, fresh and served on the plate with a pair of pizza scissors so you can make your own "slices" loaded with toppings. It was a good thin style. Ample bits of fennel sausage, peppers onions and scallion fresh on top. - limoncello mascarpone cake 5/5 This was a great cap to the meal. Light, the mascarpone was refreshing, the cake was not heavy and the lemon flavor came thru like a champ! Not overly sweet which is a plus for us. The lemon aioli was spread all over the bottom of the dish instead of in a ramekin. We actually prefer it this way! Loved the lemon aioli and fried lemons. Calamari was not bad; slightly overcooked. On to our entrees! Their pizza is thin & very similar to a flatbread. We enjoyed this a lot! Great flavor and loved that we got to cut it ourselves. Came with a good amount of toppings. The spaghetti was made al dente & came with a creamy lime sauce. You can definitely taste the lime here! This came with 4 big shrimps.
