As the seller, I had to upload photos of my odometer, registration, title, VIN sticker. The buyer wanted to see the car before starting the process. Once he agreed to buy, KeySavvy was not in business hours so we needed to wait until the next morning. Then it took almost another business day for the payment to be verified. The manager at this location was very helpful and held a conversation when prompted. He made me feel comfortable, although walking in to an auto parts store 7mths pregnant, I felt a bit out of place. When I returned the tool they "loaned" us, he was just as pleasant as the first encounter and remembered me. He asked if everything went well and if my car was now fixed, which I thought was a nice gesture. It is hard to find "good" customer service and I appreciate it when I see it! I told my husband that I liked that store, and he agreed that it had a good experience there, when he choose it just a few weeks ago for the first time!
