Hanger steak over potatoes with gulf shrimp
    Sandra M.

Made a reservation for tonight and got in. They were surprisingly busy for a Wednesday night. We got greeted right away and sat. What a quaint, small, nicely decorated restaurant. We ordered juices for our drinks and they were refreshing and tasty. We did not have any apps but they looked amazing as we saw them walk by. I had the Hanger steak with gulf shrimp. So flavorful and delicious and he had the Seafood risotto. He was amazed at how much seafood there was. And it was delicious. The waiter was pleasant and kind, and him and the waitress ran the place like a well oiled machine! We'll def go back!

Food and ambiance is great. My wife had the Pad Thai and I had the cast iron steak with gnocchi. Burrata for the appetizer was amazing!

Fresh food - farm/sea to table! Excellent through and through. The red sangria is amazing and it comes out smoked with rosemary. I had the seafood risotto and it was very delicious and cooked perfection. The service was wonderful. It was personalized and they insured everyone's drinks were continuously filled as needed. It is a smaller restaurant with limited seating but the food speaks beyond. It is well worth taking a trip to Migg's! You won't be disappointed. The day we got there we had six in our party so they adjusted for us quickly and added an extra table. I highly suggest going as they are a wonderful restaurant to go to. I will definitely go back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Great service, great ambiance, but definitely the star is the food, it left wanting me to go back and try the many other appealing options in the menu. If you are a sharer, the size of the plates allow for it. 1 App+ 2 dishes+ 1 dessert+ 4 drinks =$185. It was worth it for a special date night but that's up to your budget... maybe ordering a bottle of wine would've been better. When I go back I'll probably have just 1 meal to share and 1 dessert. Very happy these guys are here!

What an amazing menu! I was at Miggs with several ladies each dish looked and tasting fantastic! I am going back again this week because I want to try everything on the menu. Unfortunately I don't eat sugar so couldn't try the desserts but my friends ordered one of each dessert to share and they said they were outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

Arrived at 5 pm with no reservations and thankfully for seated. From the moment we walked in we knew we in store for something special, and Migg's Craft Kitchen did not disappoint!

Easily the best meal I've eaten thus far in 2025. Hands down. Full stop. While this unassuming place -- located at the end of a strip mall, no less -- doesn't necessarily look spectacular from the street, the food is jaw-droppingly stellar. It's an eclectic mix of seafood and upscale comfort food -- all with an unexpected gourmet twist. The Pad Thai was an odd combination of shrimp, swordfish, and brisket. (Yes, brisket.) I would order it as my last meal on death row. (Yes, it was that good.) While I'm not a glutton (usually), all the apps look amazing. The burrata salad and the calamari were killer starters. And can we talk about the desserts? There was a plum/peach cobbler that was served piping hot out of the over and covered in rich vanilla ice cream. Our server May was quick to suggest items and we listened to her implicitly. (We were newbies, but we'll be back soon. In fact, I predict we'll be seasoned veterans by the end of summer.) Go. Enjoy. Spend money. Tip well. And bring your appetite. This place is worth every penny.

So unsuspecting in its location, this is an amazing date night or special occasion place. Curated food and wine, fantastic service, relaxing atmosphere. Everything we tried was wonderful. It's a little expensive to be a regular at, but I'm already looking for my next excuse to go there!

That's changed since moving to the Gulf Coast of Florida, where the fish at the local restaurant today was probably swimming yesterday. My "go-to" seafood now is a grouper sandwich which I order blackened but NOT fried. I've sampled grouper sandwiches from many local dining establishments, but my favorite is from "Carvor's Fish House" A couple of important notes: 1) Carvor's is only open for LUNCH. Their hours vary, so you'll want to check the website, but they typically close at FIVE PM, with the last order accepted at FOUR PM. 2) Carvor's has NO inside dining The patio is tree-shaded with extra umbrellas but if it's really hot, you may be uncomfortable. 3) Carvor's has COUNTER SERVICE. You go inside, order your food and THEN go back outside and select a table. When your food is ready, a server will bring it to your table. 4) This is downtown Dunedin, and parking can occasionally be a challenge on Douglas Street, but FREE parking is available in the city parking garage across the street. On the website they list out parking lots, so I would recommend checking that out. We ended up parking at a parking garage that was a couple minutes walk from the restaurant. Also, pro tip thanks Yelp, they do accept reservations. You have to look on OpenTable, though, I don't feel like I saw it on their website. We were there at 7 PM on Saturday and even without a reservation we would've gotten a table. However, it is on the smaller side if you want to sit inside, they do have a back patio. I saw a reserve sign on our table, so they definitely honor Reservations. I got hogarita which is their version of a margarita. It was good. My husband got an old-fashioned and liked it. The food is where this place really shines. I got hogfish grilled with their veggie of the day and key lime slaw. My husband got their salmon grilled with veggie of the day and hush puppies. The hush puppies are exceptional. I usually avoid carbs and I'm sure this one is really bad for you, but it was absolutely delicious. My husband, who normally isn't a huge fish eater liked his salmon. We both agreed, though that my hog fish was better. The hog fish was flaky and tender, a very mild tasting fish, but absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 on this dish. This place is pretty casual, it feels very down to earth with really good food. Service was attentive and quick, we will be back.

I can imagine it would be particularly beautiful at sunset. We came here for lunch and it wasn't busy at all, so we picked seats right along the railing overlooking the water. So that made ordering a little tricky but isn't their fault really. I swapped it for regular mayo. I liked the lime vinaigrette and got a little extra of that. My Brother lives in St Pete and takes our Mom to eat there or calls in for take-out at least 2-3 times per month. We arrived tonight (Thursday) around 7:45 PM to bypass the dinner rush. Walking in to be seated, I noticed several empty tables that had not yet been cleared with several people waiting outside to be seated. I was told "there will be at least a 10-15 minute wait, to give my name, and to wait outside." I thought maybe there were enough people waiting already to take up the empty tables, but that wasn't the case. We sat outside in the cold waiting and watching the guy stand at the bar doing nothing to help bus the empty tables, some of which were right by the window. After 15 minutes or more, we were finally called in last walking by the same uncleared tables, led to another table as the table cloth was being placed on it, no menus, no apology for the extra long (unnecessary) wait outside in the cold. When we finally placed our order, we waited some more. Finally our server said "there was a mix up and our order had not gone through." When Mom's favorite seared salmon finally arrived, it was dry and overcooked. I have never written a bad review on Yelp in my life. But, I hated to see my precious Mom & Brother treated this way.
