I contacted the general manager, he's a busy man and very hard to get a hold of, but the quality of our conversations was worth the wait. He made me an offer to buy back the vehicle and allow me to cut my losses completely, or he could help set up a really good deal on another vehicle if I gave it another shot. We took him up on that offer because I feel that he was acting in good faith and wanted to make it right. We ended up buying another vehicle after he paid off the one that gave us so much trouble.
