In terms of taste, I think they're both just alright though honestly. The baklava in the dubai chocolate bar tasted a bit old, not spoiled, but not the taste that fresh baklava has. The angel hair one was a little better, the cotton candy added an interesting textural component to the bar. I think overall though, the original Dubai Chocolate Bar they make is much better. I think in both instances, the other components mask over the pistachio instead of working with it. I think their classic bar is the perfect ratio of chocolate to crispy katafi, to pistachio cream. So next time I come back, I think I'll just stick with that.
