So I brought my car to bob Hastings collision since they have a geico agent inside. Very convenient. They do the repairs on my car takes 2 weeks which is fine I understand how busy shops can get. I pick up my car from the shop, front end looks great, drive it home. Literally on my way home from the shop pulling into my driveway part of the coil of my strut fly's off the car and I hear the metal hit the ground. I immediately call the shop and inform them of what happened and they request I bring it back in for them to look at. So that brings us to today I drive my car back to the shop, the only place I've driven since the accident. Show them what fell off. The shop claims they did not touch any of the suspension so it's not something they did. The geico agent comes out and tells me this is not related to the crash that I was in. "It was just bad timing" So you are telling me that a piece of my car fell off right after the repairs from the accident I was in. And this has 0 to do with the accident and I would have to repair the struts not through insurance. What really happened is the geico agent didn't even bother seeing if the damage affected the suspension and the shop never repaired it so since both missed it it's on me. I will never go back to this shop and I hope that none of you do either it's a complete scam. 0 stars

I showed up for the appointment on time this morning and was told that they did not have the replacement air bag. The truck gets very poor gas mileage and at today's price I paid almost $20 round trip to Farnsworth for nothing and will have to make the trip again. Would seem like they would have known they didn't have the material when I made the appointment or could have at least called me to reschedule.

(Proof) and 5 miles done road my brakes are grinding like Metel to Metel. Whoever drove my car after service check stood on my shit . they had too. My family has been bringing our vehicles to Tom for well over 22 years. He knows luxury vehicles. He worked on my dad's Jag when it was brand-new in the 90s and then many cars later he actually fully restored the vehicle in the early 2000's and got it in working condition. I've trusted him with every car that I've owned, from the Buick to the Nissan and now even my new vehicle. Tom is honest and does amazing quality work. My parents have trusted him for years and now my brother, I and mom still support his business and the next generation (my niece) has even brought her car to Tom. Honestly, for me, there's no other option. Tom's amazing in our book.

The gas prices can be a little more expensive than other places nearby, and their air pump could use some maintenance, but as far as car service goes, they're wonderful. I went in for my inspection and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. They were done in about two hours, but it was no problem for me to leave my car there until I was able to pick it up after work. More recently, I was having problems with my check engine light going off and on periodically, so I stopped there on a whim. I told them I'd be happy to leave it or bring it back when it was more convenient for them, but he came out right away to do a quick check. It was nothing serious - he fixed it quickly and talked me through what might've caused it. There was no charge for this and now I can rest easy knowing there's no crazy damage happening inside my car! I've never once felt like I was being cheated out of money or good quality service!
